What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

I was in the Dent Royal Clinic last November 2023 to make an augmented bone and sinus lifting. From the start, I have been very happy with all staff members. Svetlana showed me the Clinic and made me feel at home. The all staff members were very supportive and helpful, a specially I was especially nervous about the treatment and surgery. There was a lot to do with my teeth and I was getting 10 implants in. Dr. Ebru made me feel so comfortable and explained everything I needed to know about all the things that they did for me at last. All processes were so professional, after all, they were the best at getting me through this with medicine. I can’t wait to come back and finish my workout with the crowns. Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side. I contacted BG in January through a recommendation of a friend after searching a few different ones and from the first couple of messages I knew this was the right decision. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible. When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey. My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. If you're thinking about any surgery with this company, I would honestly 100% recommend.
