(We had some trouble finding the right place at Zorlu-Center on our first visit. It can be found as you are walking towards the eataly restaurant…) The team is more than flexible and understanding of any concerns. They are always ready to help while being very competent and professional at the same time. Compared to previous experiences in my own country they are very efficient and get things done in a very fast matter without lacking any quality. EVERYONE in the team is very open, friendly and exceptionally respectful. They even keep track (and are considered) of your circumstances and possible other appointments that might clash with their suggested appointments. Berkay had everything under control, organised every appointment perfectly and he kept in touch at all times. He made it very easy for us. Batu has been great in welcoming us and translating patiently with every question we had. He even is present in the treatment room if needed. Payment is required upfront. (You will be informed of every cost before the treatment - no surprises) Sedat was exceptional, he made me feel comfortable at all times during the treatments and kept me informed of every step in the procedure. He did a great job and I would see him again anytime. I am very happy with my implant and crowns, as well as the result of the bleaching treatment!
