About Delhi pediatric dentist
Dr. MandeepSingh Virdi, B.D.S., M.D.S, received his graduate and post- graduate dentaleducation at AB Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences in Mangalore,Karnataka State, India. He received his first degree from the MangaloreUniversity and the post-graduate degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of HealthSciences, Karnataka.
Dr.Virdi is presently Head and Professor of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry atPDM Memorial Dental College and Research Institute in Sarai Aurangabad,Bahadurgarh, Haryana in the NCR. He was earlier associated with Himachal DentalCollege, Sunder Nagar, Himachal Pradesh as Senior Lecturer, Reader andAssociate Professor of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry.
Heis active member of
Indian Society of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, Indian DentalAssociation (IDA)
and affiliate member of American Dental Association. He has held theposition of Editor
IDA, West Delhi Branch from November2009 and is Associate Editor, Journal of Innovative Dentistry, ISSN 2231-2900.He is currently Vice President of West Delhi IDA.
Hehad made several presentations about pediatric dentistry to various learnedbodies including Indian Medical Associations Chapters and Indian Association ofPediatricians besides conducting CDEs in his field of specialization.
Dr.Virdi has chaired technical sessions at Annual Conferences of
Indian Society ofPediatric and Preventive Dentistry, presented papers in various conferences andhas scores of publications to his credit in the Indian and Internationaljournals in the various fields of dentistry including dental education. His twobooks on Oral Health Care have been published in Europe and are available oninternet as free access ebooks.
He has a specialist practice clinic in WestDelhi where he provides his service on appointment basis only and is associatedwith various Hospitals in Delhi as Senior Consultant in pediatric dentistry.
