Dr. Gagan started his professional career as a consultant in one of the renowned & prestigious university of India,the panjab university Chandigarh. Durning his tenure in university he was selected for a advanced course in general dentistry by World famous institute of Australia,the Asia pacific institute of dental education & research pty ltd,Victoria,Melbourne .
He received intensive training in almost every aspects of dentistry starting from infection control to managing emergencies and resuscitation skills apart from general dentistry skills from one of the renowned and best dentists of Australia .he received an appreciation from the institute for his commendable skills in performing various procedures covered in the course.
Further he went onto to pursue his masters in Oral & maxillofacial surgery & implantology from one of the best dental college of Punjab during which he undertook a lot of research work especially in field of implantology and presented many papers in various conferences regarding the same which were later published in reputed national dental journals.
He has been actively involved in a full time private practice and is enriched with a vast experience of dentistry and has been upgrading it from time to time attending various continuing dental education programme from time to time and that too in almost every field of dentistry apart from his field of specialization.
Apart from that he has been organizing various reorientation programme jointly with health department Punjab . He has been credited with an appreciation from colgate Palmolive India ltd for organizing school health check ups under the banner of national oral health programme.
