Another dentist aborted a root canal and sent me away. A massive pain quickly developed so I contacted this surgery and so glad that I did. I am not a good patient but they gave me an emergency appointment, put me at my ease and extracted the molar (when Gary should have been having his lunch break). Absolutely delighted with this dentist, he handled my emergency perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the result excellent. I strongly recommend Gary Wu and his surgery.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. I have just had major dental work completed at Aurum Wellness Clinic. I have known Dr Leonidas Avgerinos for many years as my dentist. I have had issues with grinding my teeth so badly that they were cracking and each tooth had a crater. Dentine was becoming exposed and I had a terrible cross bite, which made tooth maintenance, very difficult and made me self-conscious despite my efforts to look after my teeth. Together, we came to the conclusion that something had to be done. Dr Leo explained that for a long lasting and best result - both for oral health and aesthetics- a full mouth reconstruction would be necessary which meant 27 crowns and one implant. He left me to think this over and did not rush me to make my decision. I had known deep down for many years that this needed to be done so made the decision to go for it. I booked one week to stay in Athens at the beginning of April where Dr. Leo and his team of specialists would start the treatment. Throughout the treatment the communication was excellent and I knew exactly what to expect. I came back this week (commencing 22 April) and had the permanent crowns fitted. All 27. A huge job but again with a full team,the treatment was finished in one session. My new teeth look fantastic, they look natural which is really what I wanted and it’s what Dr Leo advised me. My bite has been corrected and I feel so much better. Things are healing up nicely and I know that I made the right decision. If you want a dentist you can trust, one that really listens and cares, then Dr Leo is the one. I wish I had done this before. It’s not fun struggling with your teeth and now I feel confident and happy. I would strongly recommend to anyone with similar problems. You won’t regret it.

Attended my first assessment this morning regarding a consultation for 2 implants.Very informative and the explanation of the procedure was clear.

Painless and efficient root canal treatment, which I unnecessarily dreaded! No pain when local wore off. Woke with mild localized toothache about 12 hours after the procedure. Resolved with ibuprofen and completely ok now 8 hours after that. Thank you, Manpreet!

My experience of using this clinic was exceptionally positive. You realise very quickly that the mindset and expertise of dentists in the Algarve are far advanced to that in the UK. I will be talking of my experience for years to come. Thank you.
