When I was in severe tooth pain, they helped me get a quick appointment and relieve my pain during the last week of the year which was very difficult to accommodate. Nurse Heta and the doctor are very helpful and understanding, they accommodated me in between their busy schedule, even though I reached very late due to minimal availability of transportation during Christmas week. I am very grateful to them that because of them I managed to get my pain fixed and because of that, my Christmas went painless. I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I reconnected with Fariba Younes after she stopped working in Solihull. I have found her treatment towards patients both caring and professional, always ensuring her work is of the highest quality. Because I am elderly, 80+, and diabetic, it is important to me to keep as many of my own teeth as possible, and Fariba sympathises with that philosophy. Fariba recently built up a broken tooth so as to stabilise a small denture which had lost its anchor. The embarrassment of a loose denture cannot be overstressed and this has been remedied by her expertise and dedication. A price worth paying? When faced with such a problem the cost of treatment is well worth it. After all, expertise like hers should be rewarded. I will recommend Fariba to anyone who asks me for an excellent dental surgeon for treatment from scale and polish to implants. She is the best dentist I have had in 80 years!

Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you.
