I had a tooth extraction with this clinic on my trip to Vietnam because of a painful cavity on lower root after 3 days. My experience was very pleasant. I made an appointment and response time was good. I had an x-ray done with excellent consultation from staff. All that help were very patient and pleasant. Made me comfortable and was very professional. The lady that pulled my tooth was very good. I was well informed of procedures and the price before the extraction team performed the extraction. My situation was hard to save tooth as cavity was below the gums on the root of the tooth. X-ray confirmed by my consultation. The girl receptionist that handled check out was very kind and passionate. All in all, l was very pleased with the service l received and would come back most definitely. I had better service here than back home in Canada. Good job. Thank you.

All the staff that I have met and my dentist have all been absolutely wonderful people I had to go for a medical which everybody does and I was not impressed there because I simply wanted to know what test I was having done so I would ask what is this test for And a couple of them just ignored you and I wouldn’t get on the bed until I found out what they were doing. I have a right to know what test they are doing, but that is not under the dental clinic's responsibility on how other people treat you unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky people That was not suitable for my requirements and I can only get a half done because I’m not well enough to go under anaesthetic but we have worked out a plan and hopefully nothing else goes wrong and it’s not their fault. It’s purely my health and I will certainly recommend them to anybody.

In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.

I visited dentally for my father's dental implants. I was given their recommendation by one of my friends who had also got her mother's dental implants done here. Given my father's health condition and age, I was quite apprehensive of him undergoing any sort of surgeries. At the first visit itself, Dr Shashi was so reassuring that my father decided to go ahead and now he is reaping the benefits. He is able to eat everything. I couldn't have been more satisfied as all I wanted was the best treatment and a place where my father could be comfortable and Dentally is that place for sure.

I am very happy with the treatment of correcting my teeth using the corrective aligners provided by Roomchang. Getting the aligners and wearing them was easy with the support and guidance of Dr. Veasna. She proved to be truly professional and expert throughout the journey. I have severe anxiety stemming from an incident with my orthodontist and have not been able to go to a dentist or for oral work for years because of it. Almost all my dentists in the UK have not been exactly.,.equipped to help with anxiety despite me explaining my situation, so I was worried it might be the same here. But it was completely different and surprising. Dr Seo was so patient. The entire office was very accommodating. They set you up in the room and let you relax and just acclimatise to the environment (which helped me because it takes me some time to work down from an anxiety attack) and Dr Seo was patient and kind the entire appointment and explained everything clearly. The office also is very nice and bright with lots of windows and plants so it feels more comforting straight away. I'm already scheduling another appointment. I'm so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

I have not my appointment yet but Dr Adhiti was polite, approachable and will schedule an appointment in couple months . I have confidence will be good one with no doubt.

I had two sets of impacted wisdom teeth removed and Dr Mei Chong was fantastic. Smooth, efficient, considerate and minimal discomfort despite one tooth more complicated and needed cutting.
