The work I had performed at Crown Royale was having all my remaining upper teeth extracted some lower teeth extracted while under 'conscious sedation.' The procedure went flawlessly. Dr. Samara's (Doc JJ) team is excellent. My lower partial was constructed, installed and is a great fit. My upper denture is a new experience. Doc JJ was very conscientious and addressed all issues, all concerns above and beyond my expectations. I had visited a 'dental tourism' dentist prior, and a few other dentists prior to choosing Crown Royale. Communication was repeatedly an issue. At the tourism dentist, I was quoted one price by one 'professional' and was then attempted to be charged more by another. I decided against being a 'tourist' when it came to my teeth. Being from the USA finding a professional I could trust was paramount. Doc JJ speaks English fluently and communication was not an issue. At Crown Royale the cost for the work performed was reasonable, with the staff available after hours if concerns arose. My sincere appreciation to Doctor JJ and his team for being outstanding service and work.

I went for midline diastema closure treatment. The doctor made me understand all the procedures and then I choose fillings. So he described all the pros and cons of that. After my service getting done he kept on touch over call for the post-treatment response. I am very happy to get treatment from such experienced humble doctor. Also, the clinic was taking care of all hygiene at the time of COVID-19.

I went for a normal check-up and cleaning and the facility is spotlessly clean and the staff is efficient and kind. Modern, state of the art equipment for all dental needs. Highly recommended! This is definitely the best dentist I have ever had, he’s so professional, gentle, quick and experienced. I have always feared dentists, but I m glad I have found this clinic. I had 2 wisdom teeth extractions and 1 implant done at Australian dental clinic. You can definitely tell Dr Pham is a passionate and experienced dentist especially with implants! The implant (first step) process went so smooth and quick I was even surprised when he said he was done as I didn’t feel anything and it was done in a short time. Once I came out of anaesthesia, the implant felt natural, no pain! Step 2 was spread in 2 visits, dental mould and installation of the new tooth - now my tooth feels like it has always been there! Perfect implant by a professional! As per the wisdom teeth, same amazing experience, smooth quick professional and painless! It is also very affordable compared to the prices back in the west of to the international clinics around Hanoi.

My teeth are clean and it was painless, just as good as America. Great service.
