I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

I had 10 upper 10 lower zirconium crowns done. Very happy with the result. The clinic was very close to my hotel, and the staff was very helpful, no matter what the time was they always answered my messages quickly I can not thank them enough. We had a facelift, neck lift and eyes upper and lower. The hospital was clean and the staff were competent. The nursing staff had very basic English but we all got on fine with Google Translate. In addition, the clinic staff were always available and had excellent English. The Surgeon spoke excellent English so we were able to have a thorough discussion about the surgery, any concerns and aftercare. The Surgeon was kind and caring and came to see me twice a day after the operation. Transport between the airport, hotel and hospital was very good despite the initial meet and greet when there was confusion as to where they would meet us off the plane. To clarify this. My biggest complaint relates to the transport it was always late and when you have to get back to the airport and have your stitches/wounds cleaned etc and you are still waiting at your hotel then it is a big problem. Times were agreed upon for pick up but they were always late and I needed to chase the clinical team many times about this. The chosen hotel Elite Grand was very comfortable. Although not a huge amount around the hotel. The surgery progressed well and early indications show promising results although, of course, I cannot give a final comment on the effects at this stage. I felt safe throughout the procedure and would highly recommend this clinic. Please be reassured that you are in safe hands My partner could stay at the hospital with me 24/7 which was reassuring and the hospital provided meals for both of us. Around the hospital, there are little supermarkets and a little shopping centre with nice restaurants and a Burger King. So the five stars are for the surgery but I would give one star for the logistics/transport etc

Dr Volkan was fantastic, I was apprehensive about getting veneers and implants done in Turkey. Dr Volkan sent me a complete breakdown of the prices and phoned me to talk through the procedures and answer and questions I had. I felt very at ease chatting to him and decided he was the dentist for me. I spent 5 days in his clinic and at all times he was reassuring and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Volkan and his staff to anyone complimenting on Dental treatment in Turkey

Thanks to Aaron Peter and Antalya dental company I was diverted to Izmir dentist Cadde dental. Job they did is fantastic, visit the clinic twice, first they put in the implants and fix the front teeth, and the second time just finished. The result is stunning, I have 28 crowns,6 dental implants, bridges over them, a perfect smile, very happy, the staff is friendly very professional, every penny worth. l have paid hotel for treatment time and airport transfers,so for my understanding that is the best deal in the market so far. Due to an additional member of my family attending at the last minute, we couldn’t stay at the planned hotel but Honor was a saint and sorted it all out for us and we were placed at a lovely hotel. As promised a taxi was awaiting our arrival and took us straight to A-dent where I was greeted by Honor himself and a lovely team. Honor talked me through every stage and then guided me as we proceeded with the scans. I met my surgeon who firstly looked at the scans then asked to take a look at my mouth. It was all very professional and very courteous. The surgeon was very honest and said that it was a lot of work but I could have the procedure, so I was booked in at 5pm the next day for surgery. On the 02.03.24 at 3 pm we were picked up by the transfer taxi and taken to the clinic where a further scan was taken and then Honor talked me through the whole process, and what type of plate was recommended due to my bone loss. After this, we were taken to the staff room where were given food to eat and we all sat and had a very relaxed time. 5pm I was greeted by my surgeon and sat in the chair. I was given time to say my goodbyes to my children and then it was all go. All the equipment needed was sterile and taken out of sealed packets, and when ready the surgeon made a start. First he applied an anaesthetic spray to numb the gum, and that worked in seconds, then after a minute or so I was injected loads to ensure I would not feel a thing. My surgeon was quick working with this and I was numb from the bridge of my nose to the top of my mouth. 3 teeth taken out, 2 sinus lifts, 6 implants later and all stitched up the first half was complete. That was the hard part done. We had a short break, and then round 2, the lower jaw. This was easier as I had 10 teeth on the bottom, but I was still injected loads to make sure that I had no pain, then 10 teeth taken out, 6 implants placed and stitched up I was finished. It was a lot of work, but I honestly didn’t feel a thing other than a lot of jaw ache but this is due to having my mouth open for 3 hours and also the pressure that is applied when they make the placements for the implants. My surgeon was amazing and had clearly done this procedure many times so I felt very reassured all the time. I had a further scan and then given a prescription for 5 items, and on the way back to the hotel, the taxi stopped at a pharmacy for me to pick up the meds and then to the hotel where I had a telephone conversation with Honor who advised how to take the meds. 3 days after surgery I was very swollen and I had some serious bruising but pain wise I had nothing more than a little bit of dental ache which you get from having 1 tooth out, it amazed me. 10am on the 5.3.24 I was picked up and taken to to clinic for a check up and was told everything looked well and the healing was already happening which was a great relief, then Honor showed me the last scan where I could see all 12 implants. I was so happy they had managed to achieve this. I now have to allow 5 months minimum for all the bone grafts to take and harden, which for me means no teeth at all, but if this is advised to reduce the failure ratio due to the lack of upper jaw bone then I’m ok with that. I chose A-dent from what clinic because of all the positive reviews and I promise I was not disappointed. The clinic itself was immaculate. The floor was so clean you could eat off it, all the equipment was sterile and clean, it was brilliant and the staff there were so polite and guided you with everything, but Honor, well he is just a diamond guy and will do anything and everything to support, guide and reassure you through everything. You also get a “implant passport” which gives all the information on what type of implant you have and where it is placed and all covered by a lifetime guarantee. I now know that if I need any treatment in the future A-dent is where I will be going and I think my children will too. Absolutely first class!
