I had so many reasons to come to Estenuvo! First of all, they have a great team. They have become a huge family with patients who have hair transplants here and I am very happy to be a part of this team! A great team picked me up from the airport and placed me in my hotel. After having breakfast the next day, a huge team took care of everything one by one before the operation. After my blood tests, my hair analysis and drawing were done with great food and drinks. All medications to be used after hair transplantation were explained in detail and the document was delivered in writing and sent to my phone as a document. The next day, after my hair washing was done, ozone therapy was performed. Then I had a wonderful tour of Istanbul with Estenuvo's VIP vehicle and driver and tasted Turkish food. Estenuvo provides accommodation for 3 nights and 4 days and takes care of every detail one by one. When I returned to my country, I was called by their clinic in England and they planned my follow-up treatment after hair transplantation. After the operation, my 6 sessions of treatment are carried out by a very professional team in their clinics in London. I am now in the 7th month and I already have great hair. From the moment I contacted Saad in the U.K. It was 100 per cent professionalism and no pressure unlike clinics in the U.K. who expect you to give them an answer that day and constantly ring you. I asked Saad all my questions and he asked all of them throughly! Trust me there was many, many of them! I told Saad I needed time to think about the buttock implants and he said no problem he was here to help no matter when. Perfect professionalism. I contacted him a few months later and it was booked. Flights, beautiful Wyndham Grand hotel, private transfer and procedure! Checks ups, medication etc etc. During the months waiting, I asked many more questions and all answered immediately and thoroughly no matter what time. When I arrived at airport driver was waiting for me; very polite, cheerful and made me feel comfortable as being in a country on my own as a woman can be scary but was not at all I felt at home. Took my bags and went to the hotel. Wow, what a hotel and service the best I have ever had even in the U.K. and I have stayed at many 5* places Mayfair, Langham, Jumeirah etc. The next morning the driver was waiting for me. Instructions were given by Saad. Took me to hospital. It’s was a modern, clean very nice place. From receptionist, translator, nurses, cleaners, cook and Dr Hasan amazing! 10/10 Dr Hasan was very professional, cheerful and made me feel comfortable but most of all honest! I also like the fact he was truthful by telling me how having a bigger implant could cause problems which I really did not want so I trusted his expertise and I wasn’t disappointed! He has given me a beautiful buttock. I dreamt about the day I would have such a great bum and I do! Thank you so much to all the staff! You made everything effortlessly and honest with payments. What I was quoted is what I paid! My check ups were great too! That great I had some extra maintenance done! Treatment for wrinkles and lip fillers only the best quality for both at amazing prices!
