Traveled from the US and would do again or recommend to anyone on the fence about it! For my full review, go to RealSelf as this website has a character limit and my review is VERY LONG! But I go over everything there from hotel, to my experience, hospital stay, recovery, long flights, transportation etc! I am so happy with my results and this was the best decision I've ever made! I had a revision rhinoplasty AND a breast lift with augmentation and he did an amazing job on both!

Where do I even begin? Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team are nothing short of incredible, and I cannot express how grateful I am for finding them. From the moment I started the process of finding the right surgeon for my face and neck lift, I was overwhelmed with choices and nervousness, especially considering travelling to another country for the procedure. But from the very first interaction, Dr Atsal and his team made me feel at ease. After speaking to multiple clinics and having numerous video calls, I knew deep down that Dr. Atsal was the one for me. Something about his demeanour and understanding of my nervousness, and how he patiently walked me through the entire process during our video calls—not once, but twice when I had more questions after a few weeks set him apart from the rest. His dedication to ensuring I felt informed and comfortable was truly remarkable. He has an amazing team, especially Enes. When we arrived at the hospital (their wonderful driver whose name I can not remember but smile I can not forget picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the hospital) I met Enes. Understandably on the day of the surgery, I was nervous. It's a big decision and I am in a different country with all the new people. Enes sat with me in the waiting area and talked to me for a long while. I was grateful for how honest and sympathetic he was. The whole team was always there to address any concerns or questions I had, responding immediately and with genuine care. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off, every aspect of my experience was seamless and pleasant. There were no disappointments, only exceeded expectations at every turn. To anyone who may be on the fence about undergoing a procedure abroad, let me assure you: Dr. Atsal and his team are the ones you want by your side. Going to Istanbul I saved money and got amazing results that I cannot wait to flaunt. I have already recommended Dr Atsal to my sister, who plans on going in a year, and I would recommend him to any dear friend or family member without hesitation. I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I reached out to Ulas Bali after I read his paper on surgery especially micro surgery procedures. I reached out for a breast augmentation after consulting and reviewing more than 64 surgeons worldwide. My expectations were to be as natural as possible so I’ve done my mathematical calculations and I have selected a particular brand and model. Dr Ulas Bali is one of the surgeons with a brilliant understanding of patients requirements and doesn’t have to try hard or say twice. Results were naturally good and recovery was on track as expected. I went through a third party but I wish reached out directly and would have gotten better support through aftercare. The surgeon is inclusive and well-mannered, we still stay in touch after 6 months.

I came to Dr. Safa Manav for a breast augmentation + lift. I am 10 days post op and happy with the results so far. I came solo which was a bit scary but I was completely taken care of by the doctors, nurses and Janan. Dr. Safa Manav and Janan speak perfect English and Janan is around to help translate if needed. I love how organized everything was and that I did not have to worry about arranging transportation, organizing follow ups etc. The hospital room is unlike any other hospital room I have seen. It is basically your own hotel room. Super clean and spacious. The hotel was great! Very comfy and breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery in Turkey. Big thank to you Dr. Safa and Janan :)

There is a professional doctor like him neither in Istanbul nor in Turkey, I had 2 surgeries and both of them were very bad. For the third operation, I had to think hard and make the right decision. For my recovery, I went to the doctor's clinic for treatment for wrinkles, and I saw the patients who had the surgery there. After talking to the doctor, I decided immediately. All the doctors I asked in Turkey said that no one would get better, the only one who could fix it was Dr. Ferhat and I highly recommend him. (The staff are amazing and very friendly)
