The driver, Mac, waited for me at the airport, even though my flight was late and it was after midnight. He was extremely helpful throughout my two-week stay. The clinic was very clean, and the surgeon saw me in the morning before I underwent a face and neck lift. I stayed overnight in the clinic and was monitored by a very nice nurse. There was hardly any bruising, which surprised me since I bruise easily. Two days after the operation, I was able to go out. My face was swollen, but I wasn’t in any pain—just a bit uncomfortable. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend both the clinic and the surgeon. Having Mac’s assistance made everything easier, so I would advise anyone considering surgery to book the assistance package.

The pre-initial consultation with our cosmetic surgeon is performed via e-mail. Patients provide our English speaking Patient's Coordinator with photographs of the areas they would like to correct. Based on the pictures our cosmetic surgeon  decides, which surgery would be the most effective, and determines the final price.  Additionally, patients may also make an appointment with the surgeon  at the Clinic in order to have a consultation, which are always free of charge. A breast enlargement is a popular procedure among women who feel their breasts have lost their shape after childbirth or perhaps with age, and they want their youthful figure back. Other women may feel they are not as curvy as they would like to be, and they would simply like to have a bigger bust. A breast enlargement can boost your confidence along with your cup size, and help you feel comfortable in your own skin. The procedure is done under general anaesthetic. An incision is made in the natural crease underneath the breasts and the implants are inserted behind the breast tissue or, in some cases, behind the chest muscle. The size of the implant varies depending on your individual needs and expectations which are discussed with the doctor before the surgery. After the operation you may need to have drainage tubes in your breasts that are usually removed the next day. You can expect your breasts to be swollen and firm for several weeks before they begin to feel more natural. They all involve inserting a tube through a small incision in a certain area and removing the fat cells. During the consultation you will discuss the body parts  you would like to correct (which may include the waist and back, hips, buttocks, stomach, outer and inner thighs, knees, and the area around your chin). I have just had a septorhinoplasty and a breast uplift with Dr Adam Kalecinski and I am so happy with everything. From the booking process, communication ahead of my surgery, to be collected at the airport, the staff at the clinic on reception, the nurse and Dr Adam himself. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. My surgery went really well and the aftercare was superb. I'm currently 1 week post op and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Adam achieved the perfect look for my nose that I was going for and my breasts look amazing! Literally couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough and the price was less than half what I was quoted in the UK! 10/10 from me!

Time of the procedure: 2-3 hours.Anaesthetic: Procedure is performed under general anaesthetic. The lenght of stay with us: After the procedure, the patient stays at the clinic for 1 day, and then remains under the doctors control for up to 5-7 days. Recommendations to be followed after the procedure: - during first 6 weeks it is necessary to wear a special bra,- in case of office workers 1 week of work leave is recommended whereas in case of manual workers 2 weeks of work leave are recommended. It is normal for the swelling to take even up to a few weeks,- scars will be pink up to a few months, about 3 weeks after the surgery incision should be treated with a special ointments - Dermatix that help to heal the scars and make them whiten,- after 10 days from surgery you should massage your breast 3 times a day for 1 minute for the next 5 weeks,- during the first 6 weeks you cannot do any exercises, e.g aerobic, fitness, swimming, etc.- during the first 3 months: sun-bathing, solarium and sauna are forbidden,- each of our patients receive more individual information concerning further procedures at the discharge from the clinic.
