I went to Coramed for an umbilical hernia surgery, and the service and results were excellent. I was picked up and dropped off by the driver any time had an appointment. The clinic was very nice and modern and the staff were all phenomenal. After returning home I was checked on regularly and asked to send pictures of the healing process. 6 weeks on and I was completely healed and back to doing everything I was prior to surgery. I can’t recommend Coramed enough

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Went to Dr Rataj clinic for gynecomastia surgery. Overall experience was exceptional, good communication throughout my stay in Poland. I didn’t use the travel package as my family are from Poland so I was able to get from A to B myself and Eveline was very clear about where to meet and explaining the whole procedure to me. I had my surgery in October and I must say the clinic was extremely clean and definitely COVID secure, all staff following protocols and ensuring patients are too. Over a month after surgery I am all healed up and happy with the results. Swelling has gone, small pain when lifting but this is improving gradually over time. Would I do it all again knowing what I know now? 100%. I am much more confident with my appearance now. Thank you Eveline, Dr Rataj and the rest of the team
