I felt totally safe in the care of Dr. Rao and the excellent staff at Beams. I had multiple procedures and 2 surgery sessions. Dr. Rao was warm, professional, and my advocate post-surgery. He included extras during surgery we weren't aware of, including cysts and a hernia, he fixed it all. I look amazing at my age and owe it all to them. I went to Dr Lin for rhinoplasty. I interviewed five different doctors in Taipei. Dr Lin was very qualified. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring. I am absolutely thrilled with my results!! It has only been a week and a half since my surgery and already I love the results. Dr Lin is a gifted surgeon. Also, his nurses on the day of my surgery were superb! The nurses went out of their way to make me comfortable. Everyone spoke English extremely well. I visited Dr Gupta's clinic from the UK for gynecomastia surgery as it was far too expensive in the UK. I had been in contact with the clinic via WhatsApp around 6 months before visiting Delhi and they guided me on the steps that I needed to take regarding visa etc. I was not pressured in any way into doing things I did not want to and the whole experience was very personalised. I had been consulting various doctors across Pune. My consultation with Dr. Krishna was the best experience of all as he clearly listed all my available options (including the ones that didn't concern him).
