A couple of days ago I decided to go through with cool sculpting on my neck as I can’t stand what I’m looking at in the mirror anymore! To be perfectly honest I was quite nervous about the whole thing leading up to it once I committed to having it done. I could not have asked for more from Charlotte the Aesthetic Practitioner, who was professional & very informative about the whole process. I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

I had skin tags removed. I was treated by Fiona I had never been there before but felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Fiona was very friendly and professional. She treated my skin tags, which didn't hurt hardly at all telling me exactly what she was going to do. I would not hesitate to visit the Beauty Room again.
