I could not recommend Dr Khalil and his clinic more highly. I had the feeling I could trust him and his clinic from the first call. In any procedure, this is of absolute importance. I had hair transplanting done yesterday and it took approx 6 hours from start to finish. You do not leave his hands he cares for you from the moment you get there. I'm not going to say it was painless, I have a very sensitive scalp but Dr Khalil did absolutely everything he could to make it as comfortable as possible. He is kind, caring and a credit to his profession. His technicians are professional, friendly, helpful and equally caring when sorting the "onions" for replanting. The clinic is outstanding, the facilities outstanding. If you want a hair transplant this Doctor is the only doctor I would ever recommend and use. Dr Berry and his team are exceptional and they do really care about their patients! I agreed with the reviews that the clinic has a fair price for the treatments offered. Post 21 days update. My skin is now healing and has improved significantly since the treatment. Arora has been amazing in resolving my issue and has been professional, warm and welcoming all the way through. I have been contacting her within the 21 days and providing updates to which she has provided amazing feedback throughout. Overall pleased with Arora and thankful to her for her help and kindness.

Staff friendly but professional. Paula put me at ease as I was quite nervous. Clinic itself is in a beautiful Victorian house and decor- very much has a calming effect as not too clinical.

My 13 year old daughter has troublesome warts around her nail beds which I have been unable to remove with over the counter methods. The team at the clinic have been helpful from first contact. The appointment went smoothly, the environment is relaxing and the staff were kind and supportive. The electrolysis was explained thoroughly and carried out attentively, first appointment was just yesterday so hopeful of good results.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
