Claire who did the treatment is a lovely lady, who explained everything about the procedure and aftercare. Claire is very professional and I thank her very much. I cannot recommend Yulia and Charlotte highly enough! Yulia is such an expert and will only treat you if she thinks you need the treatment. The finish is very natural and has taken years off me, so I'm told by others! It doesn't hurt that much and you feel in very safe hands with Yulia. With fillers, I've now got cheekbones I've never had! Yulia is incredibly ethical, very honest and also really lovely. Hydrafacials with Charlotte are a laugh a minute as she's so lovely and funny! My skin feels so clean and smooth for ages afterwards. It's really worth the money and no other facial has ever had these results on me. It doesn't hurt and is relaxing, yet has deep and very effective results. I found Novello on a Google search. My first impression was how clean the clinic is and how professional Yulia and Charlotte are and also have such expertise and experience. Over 3 years on, and... I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Been coming to Julia for years for treatments and would highly recommend her clinic. She knows her stuff and is extremely passionate about what she does. I recently had a softwave and have seen a massive improvement in my neck, and it has lifted my hooded eyelids. Julia and Viki made sure I was comfortable and at ease during my treatment. I just returned from a visit to the Dermi are Clinic of Dr Ash. The moment I first walked into the clinic reception I found the atmosphere calming with a lovely aroma of essential oils and soothing relaxing spa sounds. Dr Ash was friendly, and professional answering all of my questions regarding skin concerns. Dr Ash discussed my treatment options and clearly explained the procedure. I had the removal of an age wart and treatment of age spots. Dr Ash was always concerned about my comfort during the procedure which, due to Dr Ash's care and support was painless. I can highly recommend Dr Ash.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My therapist was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly. The treatment, though uncomfortable, was eased by the therapists calm and professional approach.

First time I've had LVL and HD for eyebrows and lashes. Very pleased with the outcome, Jordan explained the process very clearly and I felt very relaxed throughout.

It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.

I am so pleased with my watercolour tattoo from Graham, it is absolutely perfect and far exceeds what I thought possible. I chose this clinic as I wanted someone who specialises in watercolour tattoos as I wanted specific colours. Graham was so patient and kind on my first consultation and I left there feeling full of hope. When he contacted me nearer my tattoo date with a picture of the tattoo he had designed I was honestly blown away and didn't think it was possible. On the day of my tattoo, he was so considerate and professional I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Graham constantly checked I was ok and explained exactly what he was doing at each stage. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the finished tattoo and can't recommend him enough. I am so proud of my tattoo and have had so many compliments, I am so happy with my whole experience.

Have had several treatments and has made a huge difference to the way I look and feel. Katrina takes great care and will give you the right advice to achieve your goals. Sure there may be people who will do the treatment cheaper but have never understood why people would take a chance with something as important as their face. Have always been a believer in you get what you pay for and never is this more true than in skin treatments.

Yeah had appointment with Dr Somji, after initial review and planned treatment to achieve my requirements, today was for Fillers to my cheek area, due to age and weight lose my face was drawn in looking tired. Dr Somji, is a Magician and makes me feel and look 1000 times better, with a natural look which is most important to me, with no pain whatsoever as I'm a baby like that. So I can highly recommend Dr Somji & his clinical assistant Jas who was both brilliant.
