I had an unsightly mole on my neck and visited wells clinic for a consultation. They were really professional and friendly and put me at ease. I was told I could have it removed there and then and it was really quick with the laser treatment. I would definitely go back if I needed any other treatments.

First-time visit to this gorgeous clinic for me after previously travelling to London for my treatments. I was made to feel very welcome and had everything explained to me. I had lips, cheeks and jaw done and I am over the moon with my results. This is most definitely a hidden gem in Maidstone and I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have aesthetic treatment. It’s spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, has amazing staff & fantastic aftercare. Everything you could ever want! The guys at Skin Clinic were absolutely brilliant. Very welcoming, gave me some very useful advice and treatments to try before I felt the need to have treatment there and even gave me a lift to the train station as my taxi was delayed in Storm Dennis! Lovely people and couldn’t recommend enough.

I shopped around a bit before I decided to use The Cooden Medical Group for varicose veins treatment. I’m happy with the results and we’ll have my next follow-up in three weeks time. The first time I went to the clinic, it was a bit hard to find, but this is because I didn’t have an actual building number. I arrived late and in a great state. But they were very kind and tried to help me. The consultant was very good, but I didn’t feel like I could ask him questions. It was a little intimidating, but I think I was a bit over-awed. Other than this, he was very kind. He was very skilled at his job and this was the most important aspect for me. They gave me some advice regarding the pain. I had some Nurofen at home, so I used this. I don’t think I was sufficiently prepared and this is partly because my sister in Canada had the varicose treatment last year. She was able to drive herself home afterwards. I responded much differently and the after-effects were worse than expected. I think the clinic should let patients know that they might be very uncomfortable for a week afterwards. Things are fine now, though. I’m satisfied.
