I cannot recommend Yulia and Charlotte highly enough! Yulia is such an expert and will only treat you if she thinks you need the treatment. The finish is very natural and has taken years off me, so I'm told by others! It doesn't hurt that much and you feel in very safe hands with Yulia. With fillers, I've now got cheekbones I've never had! Yulia is incredibly ethical, very honest and also really lovely. Hydrafacials with Charlotte are a laugh a minute as she's so lovely and funny! My skin feels so clean and smooth for ages afterwards. It's really worth the money and no other facial has ever had these results on me. It doesn't hurt and is relaxing, yet has deep and very effective results. I found Novello on a Google search. My first impression was how clean the clinic is and how professional Yulia and Charlotte are and also have such expertise and experience. Over 3 years on, and... I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I have been having anti wrinkle injections with Dr Ash for a couple of years now. The clinic is super clean, with a really relaxing atmosphere. Dr Ash is very thorough and professional and I always feel confident that I'm in safe hands. There are other clinics a lot closer to where I live, but I'm happy to travel that bit further now that I've found a practitioner that I'm really satisfied with.

Excellent treatment at Grey Door with Kayti. My husband had an annoying wart removed on his shoulder which hardly left a mark. I had 10 itchy moles removed from my back. The information provided beforehand was clear and helpful. I was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. The clinic was a pleasant environment. The doctor and assistant were likeable people. I was expecting this to be a consultation rather than actually doing the job, but I agreed on what needed doing and the price and got it done right away. Each mole was treated with an anaesthetic jab which was briefly a bit stingy, but the rest of the process was painless. The treatment leaves some short term wounds that are now healing well one week after treatment. They itch a bit but I am sure that this will reduce and go over the next few weeks. I have been meaning to do this for ages. I am glad I have had it done.

Still a highly-skilled, sensitive approach to non-surgical improvements. Dr RB-K reads and understands your facial features as an individual, offering enhancements that are pleasing and realistic. Fillers were good value and highly effective yet subtle. This clinic is on the ground floor, close to the centre of Leamington Spa.
