Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

Contacted me very quickly after my enquiry and arranged an appointment within days. The first appointment was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

After being unable to have a face to face appointment to an NHS doctor, the same day I contacted the Yorkshire Skin Centre via What Clinic. The next day I had an appointment in Leeds and three moles were removed from my back, immediately and painlessly.

Honestly the best clinic I have ever visited. I have had my lips done 3 times with Louise now and I always feel at ease. I will never change this practitioner as I am always made to feel so comfortable, and welcome and the results are always flawless! Highly recommend Aesthetica Skin Clinic.

Dr Khalil is brilliant. He is patient, kind, and humourous - makes the processes and minor discomfort easier to endure. He is also very honest and straight-talking. He does not embellish facts, always making sure that I am informed of the risks and the realistic impact a procedure is going to have. He does not overcharge or push any unnecessary treatments so I trust him when he does recommend something. I live in London and I travel to Bournemouth to have my treatments because I trust only him. 5 Stars for Dr Khalil!

I was looking for spider vein treatment for my legs. From dealing with Georgie on Reception with treatment options right through to treatment the service was excellent. I opted for treatment with Leah Hills (therapist) and she was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.

I cannot rate Kevin enough! I have been twice for mole removal and he was so kind and patient, talked me through the whole process and was amazing with after care and managing my worries! I cannot recommend him enough … Amazing thank you!!

I have had a troublesome wart on my finger, that I had tried almost everything to get rid of. Literally had it for years! Then I was recommended to come here and after a couple of treatments it’s gone!!!! Hallelujah! Booked other treatments as the staff make you feel so welcome! I 100% recommend this place. The staff were friendly and professional. The mole check I had was thorough and reassuring. The Doctor explained everything to me clearly and the advice for future monitoring was helpful. The clinic is clean and welcoming; I’d have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well.
