This morning I visited the Toa Clinic, in a very unhappy state after having top eyelid bletharoplasty surgery, which left my eyelids sunken and hollow. Sofia put me at ease immediately in a reassuring manner and I left in a completely transformed state, very happy with a lovely new look, thanks to Sofia’s great work.

Contacted me very quickly after my enquiry and arranged an appointment within days. The first appointment was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Well, where do I start? I am at the age now, where the wrinkles are starting to creep in. I have never had any injectables like Treatment for Wrinkles or fillers, for the main reason being that I have always had a lot of sensitivities/allergies and the fear of having a reaction was something I thought was not worth risking, no matter how much I would like to be wrinkle-free. When I met Dr Raj and discussed the above, his refusal to even consider any filler gave me so much confidence as that would of just been the easy option. So Dr Raj suggested the PRF and explained how it works, with no downtime and no risk - it was a no brainer. The results are absolutely amazing, he is a magician! Dr Raquel even contacted me the next day to check on how I was doing - this was supplemented with a follow up appointment to check I was happy with the results. Absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend. Communication all the way. Very polite. I had fillers and treatment for wrinkles. I think for what I've had done it's good value. I feel rejuvenated and happy with my results. I chose this clinic as its close to where I live, plenty of parking at no charge and very easy to get to.

I found her clinic on the internet, a lot of people recommends her, I decided to arrange a visit consultation. After my visit, I decided to remove my three moles from my face. I am satisfied with the effect of their removal. Arora is a nice and kind person. I highly recommend her services. My plans for the future to remove a few more moles.

I was terrified about having a large abscessed tooth removed when I arrived at Smilekind in Boscombe. As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough. If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!

Really impressed with Jacqui, the whole process and benefits were discussed in full before the treatment and answered all my questions and concerns. Would not hesitate to recommend!
