I did have a small issue. I went in for lip and nasolabial fold filler. I read online that skinvitality pushes treatments on their costumers but I did not have this experience. Exactly what I already knew I wanted is what they recommended and that is all. The women who did my assessment was wonderful. So was my injector. Everybody working was incredibly kind. When the treatment was finished I was absolutely in love with the results, but as the 2 weeks went by and the swelling went down, my nasolabial fold filler didn't seem to take. I started to investigate online and came across some horrible reviews about customer service and became a little worried I wouldnt be able to get a touch up to fix the issue. I want to be clear, my experience with customer service was great! I'm not sure what happened with others to where they didn't have a good experience but that was not the case for me at all. When I went back for a follow up appointment the injector did see that the filler didn't really take but began to massage the area I had filled and it improved the look of it drastically. I was told "sometimes you just have to massage the filler into place to fix the problem" after she messaged my nasolabial fold area, I looked in the mirror and it looked significantly better. She took photos and I was happy with how it looked after the follow up appointment. But by the next day, it went back to how it looked before she massaged the area and again I was extremely unhappy. It looked as if I hadn't had any filler at all. When patient care was reviewing my complaint, the pictures they were sent were the ones taken AFTER my injector had massaged the area, and it did not show the issue I was complaining about. Even so, they still offered me a touch up free of charge. I sent my own before and after pictures in an email to show what it ACTUALLY looked like the day after the area was massaged (which wasn't good) to ensure them that I would not have asked for a free touch up if it continued to look as good as it did after the injector massaged the area. I thanked her and ensured her that I would continue using their service after such amazing costumer service despite the pictures they recieved from the injector looking like there actually had been an improvement.

I had a face lift. It was amazing. I had no pain at all. I'm so happy, my reults already look so good. The best doctor.

I recently discovered CHIC Laser I could not be happier with my experience! I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their services. So far, I have had: 1) Treatment for wrinkes: The doctor really took the time to understand my needs and my expectations (which has not been my experience elsewhere). He respected that I wanted a natural look and only wanted to address frown lines that were making me look tired and angry. He did not try to upsell me and instead recommended holding off on dermal fillers for now. The results have been fantastic, and I just needed some minor adjustments during my follow-up appointment to achieve the more youthful and rested appearance I was aiming for. 2) LASER: I have my entire lower face and neck done, which includes some sensitive areas, and the technician constantly checks in with me during the procedure and asks me to rate my pain on a scale from 1 to 10, aiming for 4, to make sure I get the most out of my treatments without damaging my extremely fair skin. They also use the latest technology that blasts cold onto the area with every pulse, which reduces discomfort. The results in just two sessions have been very impressive. The entire team is incredible. They are polite without being cold, friendly without being overly familiar, and they take the time to use my name. I don't expect all the establishments I deal with to learn all their clients' names, but it only takes a few seconds to check the schedule. Who's next? Marla! Marla-Marla-Marla-Marla-Marla. Hello, Marla! So many places don't bother, but CHIC Laser takes the extra time to do so, which makes a huge difference from the customer's perspective. And to top it all off, their premises are bright, clean, and inviting and their central location is extremely convenient (FYI there is electric parking a block over on Stanley). I highly recommend.
