The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Today is my 3rd day after surgery! This team is awesome! Everyone has taken care of me since I contacted them. They met me at the airport, the hospital was very clean, the hotel was very luxurious. Zeynep patiently answered all my questions. Special thanks to her! She knows everything very well because she had this surgery herself. Dr.Cem is very professional and always takes care of you. He comes to check on you every day. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I recommend Dr.Cem Arslan's clinic to all of you, you can trust them!

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I would like to thank Sam Patient Services for their professionalism. I travelled alone, unaccompanied, to a foreign country for a transit bipartition operation. Everything was very well organised, up to the minute, very polite and efficient. Everything is to the highest standards. And now, after the operation, we keep in touch and I get answers to any questions. Thanks a lot to Buse who was patient with me. I’m currently 2 weeks post op from a gastric sleeve and had the best experience with bridge health travel - I was helped the whole way through by Irem and really owe her so much for helping change my life! From the very start she was so helpful, supportive and caring! It was a massive reason why I picked this company as I had been whatsapping her for months and months before deciding to go ahead and I’m glad I did. My experience during my surgery all the way to going home was also very good. The team and surgeon were very skilled and caring, checking on me throughout the day and Irem is always there for any questions or if you need anything. The rooms were so clean and modern during my stay and it was also very comfortable. If you bring a companion, they also set up a bed next to the hospital bed and 3 meals a day for their everyday which was a very nice gesture. So good for value! And the team really are the best. Already seeing a steady weight loss 13 days out and Irem gives you all the extra information and medications to go home with so you’re prepared when you get home!

From start to finish AYT looked after me and helped me and supported me. Asli was incredible always there to answer any questions and was a great support when I was in Turkey having the op. Everyone I met at AYT clinics was amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hospital, the hospital staff and my surgeon were one in a million too. My experience with Clinichub has been great from start to finish! 😊 I struggled with my weight for all my life and finally decided that do something about it and started researching weight-loss surgeries and came across the gastric sleeve. So I started my enquiry with Clinichub, chatting with my lovely Coordinator and had a consultation, my surgeon, before booking my surgery! My coordinator made sure that I knew everything about the process, what to expect, how to prepare myself, etc. Then I booked my flights, packed and was mentally ready to do this for myself so I could lose this excess weight that was holding me back from enjoying many things in life. I arrived at the airport late at night, the driver was already waiting for me and escorted me to this 5-star hotel, my room was very neat and clean. There was an amazing breakfast buffet which I was not able to ENJOY ☹ as I was already on my fluid diet. Anyways, I was informed by my coordinators about the plan for the day. I got up and get ready for the tests and was taken to the hospital by the driver. I finally I met Asuman in the hospital who had been helping all through my booking process and she guided me in there as well and made sure everything went well super smoothly. The dietitian was also amazing, she explained a lot of things to me made sure everything was clear about my diet and brought me my supplements to use later. I also got to meet other patients who were having surgery on the same day as me which helped lessen my anxiety, you know seeing other people go through the same experiences and supporting each other. I met my surgeon prior to my surgery, and he was very kind and gave me confidence that everything would go well. He also made sure I felt comfortable and cared for afterwards. The nurses were lovely and very attentive. Even though I was in pain in my first day, pain relief was provided, they helped me walk and felt so much BETTER after taking my first shower, relieved and renewed. By the time I got discharged, I was feeling so good like I haven’t even had surgery and I kept thinking “WHY HAVE I DELAYED THIS FOR SO LONG?” So overall, I was impressed with the quality of the service and even though I was nervous to travel by myself, I felt comfortable and welcomed during my whole stay. So MASSIVE THANK YOU to Clinichub for the journey and my doctor, all the coordinators, nurses, drivers, hotel staff! I’ll be definitely back for my tummy and referring my family and friends 😊

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I flew from the UK 14/02/24 for loop bibartician, Faith the co ordinator was amazing from me querying to booking everything, didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions at all. The transfer was there ready and waiting, took us straight to the hospital. I was booked in and taken up to my room. The hospital, ward was absolutely spotless, me and my auntie was given a 3 course meal straight away at 9pm and I had to fast from midnight. I Cannot fault the care I had from start to finish, the nurses were exceptional and couldn't do enough, Doctor Bora is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met, I saw him quite a lot throughout my stay during my pre-ops, surgery and post-surgery, the dietician was so lovely and went through my diet plans with me and even organised for me to have protein powder delivered to my room(£35 for 30 servings) The pre op tests were so thorough and the whole experience of going down to theatre on surgery day 16th was completely professional. Faith messaged me good luck for my operation and messaged to see how I was after. I cannot fault anything and my whole experience was way more than expected .. Im now 6 days post op and feeling so good cant wait to have my first weigh in tomorrow. No regrets at all .. Go for it!

My experience was excellent. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived! The team are so professional and competent and I was very impressed by the high standard of care. Their kindness towards me was overwhelming. Whatever concerns I had about the procedure were eliminated with information and support throughout. I had my gastric sleeve operation last December 2022. The whole thing went incredibly well. Sevim was very supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Her priority is to see the patient doing well. And she praises your improvements and achievements throughout the whole journey. She reassures the patient that everything will be ok. Her encouraging words are so soothing and helpful. That put my mind at rest. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care and perfect service at all times. Since the operation, I'm still loosing weight however I’m feeling healthier, stronger and happier already. I already lost 15kgs in all. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital did a superb job! The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the whole stay and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. All staff are so kind-hearted, caring and helpful. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk, his team and this hospital for anyone considering this particular surgery. I would like to Thank You So Much for everything, to the Global Health and BookingSurgery. My coordinator was amazing and answered all questions and doubts, the support was incredible. Because even though my surgery is done, she made herself available if I need any support. I had such an amazing experience during my stay in the Optimed International Çorlu Hastanesi. I had Dr Ali Tardu as my surgeon and he was amazing, very attentive, and checked on me regularly. I can say that I had fun during my stay. All the staff that worked on the 6th floor, Nurses and Housekeepers that were in contact were amazing, friendly, kind, caring and patient. It felt like home. The only "negative" thing was with the kitchen staff from the hospital, not negative but they were not prepared for people with gluten intolerant and vegan. That was mentioned in advance before I booked the surgery and when I arrived at the hospital. With me it was not a big problem because I was not eating but my friend is gluten intolerant and they kept giving her food with gluten, I mentioned it to the staff and they gave her an alternative but not much. The other negative thing was that they did not understand one of my allergies, I mentioned to my coordinator that I have allergies to latex before I booked the surgery and I also mentioned in the hospital when I arrived, but kept using latex gloves during all stay, the only time that did not used was during the surgery because I see them with the latex free gloves and they kept saying no latex.

I have been searching for the right clinic for a long time. I finally found the place that could understand my wishes and give me reassurance about my questions. I had a tummy tuck surgery 5 months ago. The JFS Clinic was impeccable and the care was 11 /10. I was so happy with my amazing plastic surgeon and the results I have now I could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend this clinic if you are considering surgery in Turkey. I can't wait to have my facelift with them!

I got the gastric sleeve this weeks and had some complications. They were there for me every hour night or day since I spoke to Melih on the phone to go get the surgery there. I felt really good there and was treated with care and patience. The cleaning in my room was made every day, more times if necessary. All the stuff I got was amazing, nurses, infirmers, I didnt feel like I got there alone. So, I highly recommend.

I delivered my baby three months ago and after delivery, I had so many complications.
