My journey started when I came across Dr Hany online, I sent an enquiry and the Dr Hany himself responded promptly. For such a busy professional and expert he was very thorough in providing me with all necessary information and quick to respond to all questions I had. From that point on, I made the certain decision that I was heading to Cairo for my weight loss surgery. Dr Hany then connected me with Nancy who was nothing short of a godsent. Nancy was there to help with everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. From when I applied for my visa, choosing the most convenient dates for me, my hotel and even a driver to pick me up from the airport to the hospital, then from the hospital to the my hotel after I got discharged. When I got admitted at the hospital, the entire staff was so helpful in getting me comfortable. I was given a very nice and safe private room (they are very big on safety for your belongings). When I met Dr Hany who was very punctual for our appointment, he was very friendly and assuring in a professional manner. He took his time to explain the surgical procedure to me and encouraged my questions. It was my first time traveling out of my country, my first surgery and I was traveling alone but I didn't once have the opportunity to panic because Nancy was with me throughout all arrangements and Dr Hany was by my side until I went to sleep in the operating theater. I woke up with some discomfort in my stomach but very minimal actual pain. I was very well taken care of with meds and physical care by the nurses. The nurses handled me with such warmth I almost didn't want to leave but I felt like myself again the same evening of the surgery and by the next morning I was feeling completely normal. I still had regular check ins from Dr Hany and his surgeon colleagues until I was discharged. It's been over 4 weeks now, recovery has honestly been really smooth. I'm doing well on my new relationship with food and the weight is just falling off. Also they don't just forget about you at the clinic once you get discharged and return, they continue to check in and provide support. Honestly I feel like Dr Hany undercharges for the quality of services they provide. I'm just so glad I found them, I wouldn't have afforded the surgery otherwise.

When they talk about The best doctor they mean this one. I will recommend him when u need to do any bariatric procedure did mine yesterday and don’t believe that I did a procedure. No pain and they are so efficient with attending to you. Thank u doc
