My stay at the hotel was very comfortable. I was then taken to Egopol Hospital to a private room,where the staff where very friendly and helpful. Dr Evren ISIK was indeed very likeable and friendly too. He spoke through Ufuk to explain to interpret the details and best outcome for me. I was totally relaxed throughout my stay, before and after surgery. If indeed anyone is contemplating surgery of this nature, rest assured........relax! You are in good hands. I cannot recommend AndroKLINIK highly enough! Ufuk,who is the Customer Relations Representative, is indeed a great credit and vital member of staff to Dr Evren's team. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.
