Hi, my name is Kristina and I wish you a warm welcome to my profile! I am an accredited counsellor and hypnotherapist, working both in person and online in Cork city centre.

I specialise in working with general anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, fears and phobias, low self-esteem, trauma, sleep issues, and stress management.

We all feel anxious at times, but sometimes it can become overwhelming. The anxiety can leave us feeling alone and trapped with no way out. Perhaps you feel like not good enough, no matter how much you succeed and you struggle to put yourself first. It might be that you worry a lot about what other people think of you. You are fed up with panic attacks that happen out of nowhere and sick of feeling on the edge all the time.
