My experience with Vanity was incredible since day 1 and I absolutely recommend it! Since I reached out for the first time and until now (still recovering from my surgery) everything has been amazing. The team has been super responsive and attentive, always answered all my question and provided me detailed information. My first contact was Onur, he gave me all the information I asked for, answered all my questions and guided me through the process of booking the procedure, talking with my doctor and until I arrived in Istanbul. After that, I got support from Berk during the whole stay. He went with me to the appointments, to the hospital and was even there at the day of the surgery! He also answered all my questions and shared all the information I needed so I never felt alone in the process. Everyone at the Acibadem hospital was fantastic! The nurses were always making sure I was feeling well, checking on me every half an hour or so to make sure my vital signs were ok and I had everything I needed. The hotel was also great and their service! Same as the transport. And of course, my doctor was also amazing (Dr. Sinem) and made me trust her since day 1 and gave me the results I wanted. I really thank the whole Vanity team because thanks to them I had the best experience I could have wished for, and breasts of my dreams! I can even say that it was enjoyable and fun (yes, sounds strange than a surgery and recovery were enjoyable but that’s how great my experience was haha). I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. Apart from everything, she took care of me and made me and my mother feel protected throughout this process. I recommend IXAlMED to everyone who wants to go to Turkey safely and calmly because they have incredible professionals.

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I am absolutely blown away by my transformation and I have definitely got my confidence back so thank you onep for giving me my life back. So so happy.
