I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

When I first called the doctor, I was highly stunned. I haven't paid any money yet, but, the doctor is already trying to treat you by voice over the phone. Every word he says gives you more confidence, soothes your anxiety, and allows you to avoid stress and get a nice night's sleep. Even with voice communication, he is already trying to treat and heal you. Therefore, I believe that he is a very serious and responsible doctor. Now I am still communicating with him. No matter whether I have the chance to follow him for treatment, I still think he is an excellent doctor by nature and at heart.

After 2 years of marriage life we came here for an egg donor. I have tried for IUI but didn't achieve results. Then we came here for IVF with donor egg. I was failed - my IVF didn't succeed. Whereas all my reports were fine. Don't know what was the reason of the failure IVF. Staff and dr. Tekin was good.

My wife and I had a wonderful time working with Cyprus IVF Hospital. We had tried multiple IUI procedures in the US (where we are from,) and had no success. When we started to discuss options for IVF, we were not sure we would be able to afford it. In our state, it would have cost us a minimum of $20,000 USD for the procedure. This did not include medication costs or extra hospital fees. After looking into other solutions, we found Cyprus IVF Hospital through a Google Search about IVF treatment abroad. We decided to take a chance on their services - neither of us had ever had any kind of medical treatment outside of the US! But we are both so happy that we put our trust into this fantastic clinic - every member of the staff was kind, and professional, and paid attention to extra details about us. They were supportive of our choice to have a child as a same-sex couple, and they were thrilled when we announced our pregnancy (1/15/23.) It only took one round of IVF! ---------- Our stay in Cyprus was so lovely because of their help. We stayed in a nice hotel that they arranged for us to stay in. They were able to answer many questions we had, including questions about touring the surrounding area. It helped us get acquainted and comfortable with our time there, and also branch out and explore areas we might have otherwise avoided if they hadn't recommended it. I HIGHLY recommend renting a car for your stay. We didn't at first, and we regretted it, because we didn't get to see as many amazing places. Renting cars in Cyprus is cheap, and easy to pick up (even though you drive on the opposite side of the road from how it is in the US!) --------- Cyprus IVF Hospital was also honest with us about what needed to be done in order for our treatment to be as successful as possible. Because my wife has PCOS, we had to split our time at the hospital in two. We had to stay for one month to monitor and extract my wife's eggs, and then we had to return later to implant an embryo. We were reluctant to take two trips, we wanted to save money on airfare. But our doctor promised us this would be more successful, and if we tried to do the implant too early, we would most likely not be successful (which would have been more expensive in the long run.) Trusting their suggestion paid off! ---------- Famagusta is a very fascinating city with ages of history to explore. It might seem a little rough around the edges, but my wife and I felt totally safe walking around there on our own. Bugs can get kind of rough at night, so try not to stay out too late! Also, make sure your passport is 100% up to date. Mine wasn't, and we ran into some bureaucratic trouble at the Cyprus/Northern Cyprus border crossing. But if your passport is up-to-date, you will be totally fine! ---------- Thanks so much to Dr. Serap, Nevzat, Yakut, Nehal, Tina, and everyone else at the clinic! You were all so professional and kind to us and made sure we were always in the loop with new information; you also helped us understand every step of the process and made the whole experience easy and smooth. Hello to everyone, we are married couple from France aged 44 and 47, are currently undergoing the surrogacy process with Unicorn Baby agency and their clinic in Kyiv, Ukraine. My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship. We were initially hesitant to try fertility treatments because we were worried about the cost and the success rate. I'm writing this review with the most precious gift in my arms, my much longed for baby girl, who was born in March of this year, thanks to the wonderful treatment and care that I received from Dr Diana and team at NGSP. I sought treatment at NGSP following three difficult years of IVF/IUI cycles with two prior clinics in the UK, a couple of unsuccessful egg collections, followed by a suspected ectopic pregnancy, a miscarriage and a failed embryo transfer. Exhausted and having spent a fortune already, I had reached the point where it felt as if my dream of becoming a mother would never be realised. After a short break, I decided to continue my journey to parenthood abroad. Planning treatment in a foreign country was a daunting prospect, especially in the midst of the pandemic and with various lockdowns and quarantine restrictions in place for both countries. From the outset Dr Diana, Aleksandr and Ksenia helped put my mind at ease and I found the team to be reassuring and always responsive and caring when answering my questions. I had some anxiety due to my prior experiences, failed attempts and pregnancy losses. I felt that my previous clinics had tended to take a trial and error approach with every cycle, not really investing much time or effort in reviewing each cycle to understand what hadn't worked and why. Dr Diana really listened to the details of my previous cycles, reviewed my medication protocols very thoroughly, and carefully considered how best to achieve success on my first cycle with NGSP. For the first time during my years of treatments I felt that I was really being listened to and my concerns being addressed. No stone was left unturned! Despite having to quarantine in St Petersburg ahead of my cycle, the team at NGSP went out of their way to assist me with the logistics of planning the trip and ensuring that I was comfortable for the duration of my stay and with my treatment protocol too.
