Keeping the room spotless and answering even more questions,so friendly! From the minute I arrived to the minute I left Istanbul I felt really looked after but most importantly safe! Which was really important for me travelling alone. After arriving back to the hotel after surgery and back home now, Fatih has continued to answer all questions promptly and reassure me whatever the time day or night! This has been so settling. 10 days after surgery I felt totally back to normal and completely pain free.I couldn’t recommend and thank West enough and I will definitely be back!
