I recently had a sebaceous cyst removed at Reforme Medical and Dr Prashant and team could not have made me feel any more at ease throughout. The procedure was thoroughly explained both before and during the removal itself which was very reassuring. When I had a query shortly after the procedure, Dr Prashant was very quick to respond and resolved my concerns immediately. Great care was taken by all - I would recommend.

This clinic speaks volumes. From start to finish and the continuous aftercare I have received is 5* plus. Labiaplasty: Cannot praise Oakdin clinic, all the kind, helpful staff and Dr Masood enough! Wonderful life-changing experience. Considerably cheaper than larger plastic surgery clinics but a more personal experience with, in my opinion, greater expertise in their field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Having previously dealt with Mya clinics and felt like unnamed cattle. Oakdin has a family and a personal feel. Dr Masood and the nurse made me feel relaxed throughout and reassured about my decision from start to finish, from the day I contacted them to my end result. The whole process was swift, I went from a face to face discussion with Dr Masood to booking in my procedure a few weeks later. On the day of the procedure, I was in and out within a few hours. The nurse talked to me throughout and was wonderful at calming any jitters I had. Dr Masood was also wonderful in dealing with a post-procedure concern I had and personally contacted me. I'm so pleased with my results.

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

I came to the Clinic to have my Toe treated with Silk Laser on some fungus and was treated by the Nurse as Dr Benitz was elswhere. The Nurses were very efficient with the treatment and good advice and advised to get a sample analysis Biopsy of the nail to identify what fungus I have. They used the Laser very carefully us all using the eye protectors and logged me with another treatment next month. Biopsy taken with results expected in 25 days. Great service and immediate treatment 👏 👌

I had a sub total hysterectomy - bilateral salpingectomy on the 18th April at the Nuffield Brentwood. I had been suffering with heavy periods for many years and my uterus was equivalent to a 22 to 24 week pregnancy due to large fibroids. Dr Masood, from our very first consultation was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. I came prepared with countless questions and suggestions and he listened, advised and answered all my questions. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the numerous questions that I bombarded him with. I was very confident in his knowledge and he explained all the various treatment options in depth. He also has an excellent team behind him who are very prompt at responding to any concerns or questions that you have. Faye Scott, his secretary, is always professional, caring and prompt. After my surgery Dr Masood visited daily to ensure that everything was going well, which it did. He assured me that if I needed anything else upon discharge, that I should contact his secretary. I did this a few days after being discharged and got a response from Dr Masood within the hour. I can highly recommend Dr Masood and his team. I also would like to thank him for being patient with me, for making this whole stressful process easy and for getting rid of the fibroids from hell. I will always be grateful. Thank you.
