Everyone at the clinic is hard working and professional. The translator, Liliana, did great throughout - she was very helpful, organized, and cared about the success of the operation. Just wonderful. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, they make you feel very comfortable as though they’ve know you for years. They really know what they’re doing. The whole transplant process was explained and any questions were answered quickly via email and phone. The actual day of the procedure was great with the caring staff easing any nerves and ensuring it was all painless. Would happily go there again for any other procedures I might have in the future.
