Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. We are three friends who are from Canada and in the beginning of this year, we decided to get a hair transplant treatment in Turkey. I received 2750 grafts in one session and it has only been 3 months in which I already see results and have started to regain my confidence. I just had a 5000 graft Transplant and want to share my experience. Since the moment Metin picked me up at IST airport with a big smile through the blood tests and the many pictures, the operation/procedure, bandage removal and first wash over 3 days has been a fantastically, professional and caring experience. Şule, her brother Osman, and the many members of the team, Fatih the most long-serving driver, Hafiz particularly Baris were brilliant with the initial and aftercare. Şule runs the 130 staff as a family, they make you feel like you are part of the family too. They a sincere about it and never put the heavy sell like the other clinics I spoke to. Their word is their reputation. It’s been 5 days and the recovery is going well, I had a little swelling but it’s now gone. It was an overall great experience. You can't help but be anxious to have surgery under general anesthesia in a foreign country. It was rather a breeze. Miss Bilge who was a native English-speaking individual & a beautiful face of the hospital, coordinated everything in an elegant and professional way. She even did all the follow-ups months into my surgery to insure that things are going well. Dr. Hasan, the surgeon explained the process and made it seem like a normal dentist visit. I had unexpected complications when I got back to Canada(Pyogene Granuloma). A series of follow-up video calls were arranged and Dr. Hasan in a professional and pleasant manner guided me on what to do. It has been 7 months since my surgery and I can't be happier with the result. I strongly recommend this hospital. Great service and value for the money.

The experience I have received from catchlife had exceeded my expectations,they are in contact with you all the time from before you leave,during your treatment and stay and when you go home. Antalya is safe, the clinic is highly equipped and clean. Medhera and her team are very professional and friendly. All the staff were very professional and helpful at every moment. They had time for all kinds of questions and needs. All the patients who were there when I was in surgery were coming from all over the USA. My sleeve gastrectomy was performed successfully. I feel very good now, thank you for everything.

I used to struggle to sleep at night due to neck and back pain, (not realising it was directly correlated with my breast size) and now I sleep like a baby, with no aches or pains! I went to Ekol Hospital for checkups and the international team, Doctor`s, nurses and translators were extremely kind and helpful at every stage. Followups and aftercare is pretty good to be honest. Definitely a right choice in Izmir, Tukrey comparing to other hospitals and clinics.

I could not recommend Dr Durukan and he’s team enough. I had previously been to another country for a rhinoplasty and I did not have the best experience, so I was anxious about going abroad for surgery again but this time I had such an amazing experience. Dr Durukan was so amazing he listened to everything I wanted and was available for me 24/7 for any questions I had. I was amazed by how many contacts I had with him. He is so friendly and approachable and I could tell he really cares for he’s patients. Nehir and Teoman are amazing they were in contact with me every day and came to my hotel, they were always on time and were so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The hospital was spotless the staff are so lovely and professional. I am very impressed with my result and I highly recommend Dr Durukan and he’s team. I will be returning.

So, after extensive research, I chose this clinic to carry out my second hair transplant/ restoration. I chose Antalya as I was there for a vacation, and it was most convenient. My case manager, Asli has been absolutely fantastic. From my initial enquiry to my post care. Asli had been in regular contact with me from day 1. There were no pressure selling tactics and she answered all my queries I had. Her communication skills are excellent, and she will give her honest views. Asli is a great asset to HCT RHC. I contacted several clinics in Antalya. The main reason I chose this one was that it was a Doctor led clinic. They only take one patient a day which results in you having 100% attention. I previously went to a ‘hair mill’ but had a good result however, if a clinic is accepting up to 10 patients a day it is bit of a lottery whether you have a good team working on you on the day. All the top clinics only accept one patient a day which minimises the risk and puts their customers first as opposed to £££. The clinic itself is clean and modern. I started off with my hairline consultation. I made a few amendments to my hairline which the Dr accommodated- there was no ego or arrogance and they were happy to listen to my needs and requests. One thing is to manage your own expectations- you aren’t paying £5 a graft or £10,000 plus for a procedure so you will need to be realistic with your expectations and your end result. The team were extremely passionate and took care of me from start to finish. This was my second hair transplant, so I knew the whole procedure. But this time round, I felt the team took their time. I arrived at 09:00 and didn’t leave until 20:00 so I know the whole day was focussed on me as I was the only patient on the day. I didn’t feel rushed and great care was taken. The team spoke limited English however I was kept updated with every step of the procedure (via Asli). The Dr was extremely experienced too and was able to tell straight away the positives/ negatives about my previous hair transplant. They knew that I had two different technicians previously who worked on my extractions and this showed in my donor area. I really liked the team- they were considerate, polite and helpful. I asked the Dr to use my donor area hairs and also beard hairs which they accommodated. I’m only 2 weeks into my hair transplant. But what I can tell is there is density, the grafts have been implanted/ angled in the correct direction, mostly singles used in the hairline (but some doubles) and the service I have received is excellent. I didn’t have any swelling, the surgery was ‘clean’ and I was impressed in the technique used. There are so many factors to determine whether your hair transplant is a success or not. I spent months and months carrying out my own research, including watching hundreds of YouTube Vlogs which is a great source of information. I wanted to give myself every chance of making sure my HT is a success and to educate myself, so I am well prepared. I would contact as many clinics as possible and ask many questions. I was apprehensive with the limited number of reviews however, Asli would provide me with reassurance and the information of previous work. I am glad I chose this clinic. Have I experienced an excellent service from this clinic? Absolutely! Will I recommend the clinic? Yes, of course! A few tips which helped me in both hair transplants: • Buy the SNUGL travel pillow from Amazon (this is a fantastic travel pillow and will help you when sleeping) • Do not wear lace type trainers/ shoes. Slip on shoes/ plimsolls/ sliders/ work so you can simply slip on your footwear on each day, so you don't have to bend down • Take buttoned shirts for your trip post-surgery. (You don’t want to dislodge any grafts when taking clothes off) • Book a cabin bag for your return flights as the clinic provide you with shampoo over the permitted 100ml allowance which you can no take a hand luggage • Book a window seat for your return flights to ensure no one drops anything from the storage area and saves you from getting up and down (you don’t want to bang your head) • Buy a new sponge. When you wash your hair, apply the shampoo the clinic provides onto the sponge and lather it with some water. You can then squeeze the contents onto your recipient and donor area from a distance when you carry out your first wash. I preferred doing this method as opposed to lathering in your hands as the first one or two washes your grafts are still quite delicate • Use a jug when you wash your hair to avoid the pressure from the hose dislodging your grafts • Drink plenty of water (2-3 Litres plus a day) • Have a good balanced diet with lots of protein (avoid whey protein shakes) Good luck!

These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication! In general, the company are too top in every way possible. Value is the best as they still support now five years on! I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.
