My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Outstanding service, I could not be happier. Quite remarkable really. Dr. Manav did wonderful work. His support staff was top-notch and took care of my every need. I was a stranger in a strange land having surgery. I did not need to worry they took great care of me. Defne handled all of the arrangements on the front end and did a fantastic job. From the time I got on the ground, Elif took over and stayed in constant communication. If I had questions or personal needs Elif was there the whole time. I got to the hospital, they were checking me in. I mentioned I needed some US plug adapters. Elif and I were going to hit a shop together but the hospital said “Oh no, you can’t go. We just put a catheter in your arm” Elif went right out on her own and brought back exactly what I needed. So sweet and helpful. We became buddies right away. Honestly, this was the best surgery experience of my life due to Dr Manav and his wonderful staff. Very highly recommended.

I was completely satisfied with the support I received from Milano clinic for my tummy tuck in Istanbul. If anyone is thinking about having liposuction, I would save your time and just go directly to Milano clinic. I don't believe you will get better services anywhere else. Thanks again!

I was have treatment for skin tightening, they do amazing results. It's different 4 cm of my hand sculpted tightening and the staff is very professional. I was so comfortable having treatment with and the doctor responds very quickly. I'm very happy.

I had breast implant surgery and fat transfer on February 24th, 2023 and I recommend him, his team, and his clinic 100%! I'm 3 weeks post-op, and I'm extremely happy with my results so far. It's the best choice I could've made for something as delicate as surgery! I chose Dr. Gokhan Haytoglu because he had great reviews, and once I contacted his clinic, patient coordinator Demet got in touch with me right away and was very helpful in providing me with information. Then I had a video consultation with Dr. Gokhan and he did a great job explaining what the best option for me was and answered all of my questions. I left feeling sure about my choice. The clinic is beautiful and spotless, and everyone there was very, very attentive, helpful, and nice. They all spoke English too, which helps a lot. It made me feel really safe and that I was in good hands! I met Nurdan, the assistant that was with me at every step of the journey. She's very sweet and ready to help me with anything! On the day of the surgery, I was picked up from my place and taken to the hospital. It's a modern, large and clean hospital too, and we loved the room. The surgery went really well, and there were 0 complications. I woke up and was taken back to my room where a few hours later, I could eat. There was a small inconvenience in that, after eating, the nurses told me I had to change rooms in a different building inside the hospital. Having to move a few hours after surgery when I was in a bit of pain and feeling a bit dizzy, even in a wheelchair, wasn't the best. The room wasn't as nice or fancy as the first one, but it was still nice and clean, and the nurses were super attentive too, so it wasn't a big deal. I think it was most likely a hospital thing rather than from the doctor's side. The next day, Dr. Gokhan came to check up on me and I was then sent back home. They reviewed me a few more times before I left and gave me clear instructions on what to do and not to do, gave me antibiotics, painkillers, and everything I needed for a good recovery. Again, I'm so grateful for the whole team, Nurdan and Demet especially were amazing, Dr. Gokhan has magic hands and overall I'm just so happy with everything! Besides having a great journey, my breasts look so amazing - better than I expected! :)

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!
