I had rhinoplasty and turbine reduction at Vanity to correct my breathing problem and reshape my nose and I can't say anything than "what a great experience it has been". We spent long time discussing with Emel, our main contact, during the decision process she was always present at any time of the day, we exchanged ideas and I sent over my medical checkups and pictures. Emel was very patient with me a real star organizing our trip and logistics. We flew to Istanbul from Italy few weeks later. Then I was introduced to Aleyna, my field coordinator who followed me and accompanied me through the whole process, exams and surgery and after surgery, always in contact with the surgeon. My surgeon was Dr. Kadri, who I think did an amazing job, he has golden hands. The surgery was few days later, fast and painless. I did take the surgery and the logistics and arranged accommodation myself to have more flexibility and have a little holiday with the family during the trip. I have to say I was sceptical at first but I can't do anything else than recommend Vanity, I would definitely come back for more and I hope to have the same fantastic team I met during my trip. I cannot recommend Dr. Kacmaz and his team enough! I travelled from Canada, and to be honest, at first was a little hesitant in travelling so far and getting a surgery in a different country. I contacted many different surgeons and agencies, but as soon as I started speaking with Ebru (patient coordinator) I felt at ease with my decision. She was very professional and prompt with responses. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. I get very put off when they try to sell or are very pushy and constantly following up. She gave me the information I needed and let me decide from there. She was also so friendly and just gave me a good feeling overall. Then after my initial consultation over the phone with Dr. Kacmaz I felt very confident in my decision. He right away made me feel at ease, he was so knowledgeable and honest with what I wanted and could achieve. I felt so comfortable with him and knew he was the right surgeon for me! Upon arrival, everything was a breeze. From transportation, to the hotel stay, to communication with the patient coordinator and driver. Everything was extremely organized and just felt so safe and in good hands. I CANNOT say enough of the patient coordinator Ebru. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so personable and we got along like we were old friends. I was alone in the hospital for the surgery and she took all the stress off, and made me feel so safe and comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. The operation itself went extremely well and I am SO happy with my results. It’s been 1 month, and they are exactly what I wanted. Upon travelling back, you still have communication with them and they’re always there to answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with my decision to travel to Turkey for my surgery, and I am so grateful to Dr. Kacmaz and his amazing team. I have been telling anyone interested in breast augmentation surgery to go to him you will not be disappointed!!

I had my nose done at Dr. Toncic's clinic in January 2022 (septorhinoplasty). I already knew that I had made the right choice choosing this clinic when I had my first conversation with Dr. Rajko Toncic because the approach he and the staff had was very professional. It turned out I was right. They took excellent care of me before, during, and after the surgical procedure. They also did a check-up two months later. I am very satisfied with the result and suggest Dr. Toncic's clinic to everyone looking for a great nose surgeon.

I have just completed treatment for smart lens replacement with Catch Life. The service I have received has been second to none starting before I even left home and continuing throughout my stay here in Antalya. The team at Catch Life have been on hand to answer any questions and was with me in person for every stage of my treatment. Every little detail was explained to me thoroughly and so at no stage was I confused as to what was happening. The hotel and clinic were immaculate and the Doctor I saw was just superb. On examination, I was told I had little cataracts and stigmatism in my right eye and my left eye needed some work on the cornea. To my amazement, all this treatment was completed without extra charge before the fitting of the lens. In total, I believe the process per eye was completed in under twenty minutes with zero pain. Less than a day after my surgery I was able to read even the smallest print on my eye drop medication without glasses. I still find myself reaching for my reading glasses out of habit and the feeling of knowing I will never need them again is incredible. I cannot praise the team at Catch Life enough. They arranged all my medication and all transportation went so smoothly. They even offered advice on where to try traditional Turkish food and after yesterday’s treatment, they offered to take me to Kaleici, the old city instead of back to my hotel. I would strongly recommend anyone considering treatment in Turkey to use their service. You will not be disappointed.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I was a little bit nervous, but the patient coordinator helped me a lot and solved all my questions. Now, 2 months later, I have a perfect nouse and I love it so much! I recommend this center. He is a very good professional and he cares a lot about his patients.

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I decided to do the surgery a few months before July and my previous doctor at my previous clinic cancelled my appointment 2 weeks before the surgery, so I was looking for a new clinic like crazy because I had my ticket already with me and I didn't want to lose it. So I texted the clinic and Seher (one of the assistants) contacted me back and I was one day into the trip and I wasn't sure if I should change clinics or not because was a big change in such a short time... But to my luck I got the best assistance ever. Seher was amazing she made me feel so secure and explained to me everything and ensured me that she would take care of everything and gave me all the information that I needed and the doctor that I wanted. The hospital and the nurses were amazing was one of the best experiences ever. The best part was the price, very affordable and even less than my old clinic...For everyone that took care of me thank you so much and especially to Seher, doctor professor Adnan and the nurses. Dr Afet performed a mommy makeover on me, in Oct '23. This included a breast reduction and lift, tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction to tummy, sides and back. Her work is amazing and I can't thank her enough. Incisions were clean and straight and no sign of stitches. Pain was acceptable and I've got a very low pain threshold! She took away my large flabby tummy and drooping breasts and replaced them with a flat tight tummy and smaller, firmer breasts. She's a lovely woman who knows what women want and anticipates their needs, always making sure to manage expectations. Her and her team are always at the end of the phone and no question is left unanswered. Furthermore, they remain in touch after surgery is done and you've gone home. I cannot recommend her enough!

Every member of the team I encountered was completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure, I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment/consultation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the specific names of people I dealt with during my hospital stay but they were as fantastic as the whole Surgero team! Definitely recommend for any plastic surgery in Istanbul!

My experience with Doctor Bora and the team was phenomenal. Gödze was my personal coordinator, she made the process so seamless by answering all my questions and making sure I knew what was going on at all times. All the staff at the hospital were lovely and looked after me so well. I was so nervous as I was also travelling alone for the operation but they helped me to feel at ease. Doctor Bora is a true expert and is a very skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. I showed him exactly how I wanted my breast to look and he gave me exactly that! I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who was in the operation room, thank you for looking after me.

I just had surgery done on my nose revision Rhinoplasty and I am very happy and very excited. The whole procedure was excellent. Dr Kaplan was wonderful and his team was great. They even went the extra mile just to accommodate me even though he was out of town because I wanted to see the doctor on the day I was leaving Istanbul.
