Very easy to make an appointment. Team who works there are professional, dedicated and knows they are the best. I completely trust them in their suggestions of what to be done with my tooth and didn't get disappointed. They worked on every small detail, my tooth was broken but after they fixed it, my tooth look better than when it was not broken. I have another tooth who was very bad damage by caries and I thought I will loose it, but they saved my tooth with Corona and looks great. I had a great experience that felt like home not a dental office. Everyone was kind and gentle. The work that they provide for oral operations is the best that I have come across making sure crowns look clean and even as well as keeping the proportions of your teeth aesthetic. Post operation me and my wife are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend! The location is very clean and accommodating and being new to the area (travelled from the United States) we got recommended many places to make our visit welcome! We got work done by Dr. Shkelqim and Dr. Juliana and felt very comfortable. Friendly, accommodating, quality and very time efficient. Had basically a full set of teeth redone in a week's worth of time. 5 star experience!
I started my journey last year to have my upper teeth removed and a denture made as I had a lot of problems with my upper teeth and gums, I had a lot of problems with my new dentures not fitting and the alignment of the teeth. I must say Julie on the front desk and Jona was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their help and understanding they are a credit to the clinic. After many appointments with the lab technician, I then had an appointment with Linda who also was amazing and professional she remoulded and arranged a new set of dentures which have absolutely changed my life they fit perfectly my confidence has grown tenfold thanks to Lisa and her team of girls. After my first 6 months of discomfort and regret of having dentures Linda has put that smile back on my face thank you Linda. Thank you Julie for your kindness and understanding you are a star 😬 I would definitely recommend Linda she is fantastic.
Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you. I am so happy, thank you so much!!
If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
