It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. An excellent experience of service from Dr Cem and his team. Everything was explained at initial contact and all questions answered with clarity. From the moment I landed the entire team has been so supportive and really took good care of me. Dr Cem’s invaluable experience made the procedure very smooth. The aftercare and guidance has been amazing too which is helping me get back to normality very smoothly.

I had gastric sleeve surgery as I have been struggling to lose this weight on my own. From start to finish the staff at Novemed have been amazing. They give you detailed information regarding the process and the steps prior to surgery and the amazing dietician team gives detailed information regarding the process after the surgery. I had a gastric sleeve operation I felt normal after the operation but if you want to eat something you can't eat so much You are eating just what you need. It feels really good that I have lost 28 lbs so far. I am really happy and thank you for that.

What a fantastic experience. Upon landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who drove us in comfort to the hospital (real hospital, not a small clinic). There I met Irem who welcomed myself and husband warmly and spoke excellent English. She answered all questions and was able to calm my nerves entirely. Irem was incredibly knowledgable - with her own nursing experience - so we knew I was in good hands. In 2 hours of arriving at the (very clean) hospital, I had received a multitude of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests would have taken place over months in the UK so I was impressed! The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly. Our private en-suite rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and blankets every day, if not more often. My husband who travelled with me was offered 3 meals per day from the hospital. I met the surgeon - who performs bariatric surgery solely - who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He explained, with the help of Irem, what was going to happen and how long I would be in surgery etc. On the day I was taken to surgery, everything went perfectly well. I was monitored by the loveliest nurses very regularly to ensure my post-op condition was good. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so efficient and all procedures were done absolutely as you would see in the UK (just quicker). I had a 1-2-1 conversation with a dietician who explained my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a giant bag of vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery - what to expect etc and a comprehensive copy of my medical notes. I was taken by private transfer to the hotel, which was lovely in a fabulous location. Myself and husband were very comfortable throughout. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I think there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, but I was so impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge of the team throughout. I believe you get more than what you pay for and I am very excited to start my new weight loss journey post-surgery. So, arrived on a Sunday at around 10pm, by 11.30 pm had half the tests done, the following morning, by 10am all the other tests were done and by 11.30am (Monday) I was being taken to theatre. Back in the room by 1.30pm. And here I am, 6 months later with a total loss of 9st. With a new lease of life, feeling as if I was reborn. The hospital was super, I mean super clean, super nice. And the staff was super professional. OZCAN (aka the professor) was waiting for me on my arrival as I drove myself to the hospital as I had a rent a car. And stayed with me all the time until early hours of the morning. And OLIVIA came to see me the next day to support me as well before and after the surgery. Everything went perfectly fine, surgery Monday, out Thursday morning, drove 3 hours straight, and spent that same afternoon on the beach in Alanya. Friday walked 8 miles throughout the day shopping around all the Original Fakes. Comeback the following Wednesday and the surgeon checked me over before I flew back home. So all in all, 5 stars for everything from start to finish.

I was a very unhealthy, unhappy man weighing 149.23 kg. At 46 years old I had my first heart attack. At 48 years old I was diagnosed with angina. My weight was killing me. In September 2022 the NHS turned me down for Surgery for the 4th time. I knew someone local who had been to Turkey and lost a huge amount of weight so I went to see him and I got the contact details. I sent a message via instagram to Dr Metin Karadeniz and Sezen, his co-ordinator got straight back to me via WhatsApp. She answered all my questions without hesitation, checking details with doctors about my heart issues and medication. We agreed to schedule surgery for the following week. I booked the flights and 5 days later they picked me up from Izmir airport. I was taken to a decent hotel for the first night and then they took me to the hospital the next morning. Sezen met me there and took me to see all the different doctors for every test you can imagine. Heart, lungs, x-ray, ultrasound, mental health: everything was checked. I felt well cared for and the level of professionalism was excellent. I met Dr Metin Karadeniz before the operation and we had a chat. I felt completely at ease. I went down early afternoon and woke up back in my private hospital room. I was walking a few hours later with very minimal pain. The staff came and checked on me regularly and gave me IV fluids. I spent the next three days in hospital, walking and following their post operative regime. When Dr Metin discharged me I went back to the hotel for a few days, enjoying walking around Ismir. I went for a checkup at his clinic with him and the nutritionist before returning home to England. It has now been 10 weeks since surgery and I have lost 30.39kg! I feel so much healthier, I no longer have sleep apnea, my cholesterol has come down from 6.7 to 3.5, my HbA1c is down to 33. My BMI was 46.94 and is now 35.8. I was a 48” waist and I’m now a 40”. This has been the best gift I have ever given myself. It has saved my life. If you are big/unhappy/struggling……. Don’t hesitate. It’s not a magic wand and the new lifestyle isn’t easy but it is life-changing. Thank you to the whole team.

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. Even afterwards the team have been there for any queries I have had. I’m currently 19 weeks post-op (mini bypass) and 37kg down so far 😁

I’ve had a second septum deviation surgery and esthetic nose job together organised by Elbe Aesthetic Clinic. My surgeon Mr. Ekrem has operated the process and we’ve had a very detailed meeting before the surgery and my decision. Mr. Suleyman was also so helpful with his detailed explanations and showing each point step by step. So I was so relaxed and decided to have the surgery very easily and positively thanks to that. The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

I flew from the UK 14/02/24 for loop bibartician, Faith the co ordinator was amazing from me querying to booking everything, didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions at all. The transfer was there ready and waiting, took us straight to the hospital. I was booked in and taken up to my room. The hospital, ward was absolutely spotless, me and my auntie was given a 3 course meal straight away at 9pm and I had to fast from midnight. I Cannot fault the care I had from start to finish, the nurses were exceptional and couldn't do enough, Doctor Bora is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met, I saw him quite a lot throughout my stay during my pre-ops, surgery and post-surgery, the dietician was so lovely and went through my diet plans with me and even organised for me to have protein powder delivered to my room(£35 for 30 servings) The pre op tests were so thorough and the whole experience of going down to theatre on surgery day 16th was completely professional. Faith messaged me good luck for my operation and messaged to see how I was after. I cannot fault anything and my whole experience was way more than expected .. Im now 6 days post op and feeling so good cant wait to have my first weigh in tomorrow. No regrets at all .. Go for it!

Had my gastric sleeve on 6th September. Where do I start- amazing staff, lovely clean hospital, great surgeon. So many lovely staff I met, all kind caring staff. Nesrin was so lovely and kind and her dietician kept checking on me and Dr Mani everyday. I was so nervous and they all put my mind at rest, sorry can’t remember every name but definitely recommend them.

I had my gastric sleeve fitted through booking surgery in Istanbul. Every member of staff was so caring, helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I definitely chose the right place to have the surgery and cannot recommend booking surgery enough.
