The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

My experience was incredible and professional. They were very kind and helpful and made me feel safe. From the first moment, the nurses and medical staff were very diligent and attentive to me.

This is the second time I have used NoveMed coming from the UK and once again they were absolutely superb. Following on from my bariatric surgery one year ago I went back to NoveMed to have a mommy makeover procedure. From start to finish they were brilliant, always at the end of the phone if I had any questions and really couldn’t do enough for me. The only issue we had was the first hotel we were placed in was extremely noisy and once I let the team know the next day we were moved. Excellent service. My plastic surgeon was also excellent, went through the procedure in depth with me, explained everything and I felt completely at ease. If you are thinking about bariatric surgery or plastic surgery I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A really great team with access to the best surgeons. Thanks so much NoveMed you have changed my life!

I had my operation last week. I feel great.

They looked after me well and I'm healing very well without any problem. My stay was so comfortable and staff was so lovely and helpful and they speak English very well. My weight was a struggle for me for all my life. I needed to step forward and do something about it so I started searching weight-loss surgeries and came across the right clinic which is Clinic Center. I'm so glad I made the correct decision to use Clinic Center.

From the nurses to the patient coordinators to Dr Semih, everything went super smooth. They all made the process super easy and comfortable. I’m beyond happy with my results and experience.

I’ve just returned in the last week from having gastric sleeve surgery. I originally planned to have a mini bypass but the surgeon was amazing and after looking at blood tests etc decided I didn’t need that and the sleeve would be fine. Irem has been fantastic and been very helpful in explaining everything, arranging the surgery and also my hotel for afterwards before going home. I ended up having the sleeve surgery and my gallbladder out as I had stones which were luckily picked up by scans at the hospital. Irem, the surgeon and all the nurses were so helpful and kind and truly looked after me as I were on my own. Thank you 🙏

I have had the best experience with this clinic - especially with my Patient Counsellor, Rosa. Honestly, I couldn't have had a better Patient Counsellor than her by my side. I had a Gastric Balloon fitted, and I was nervous, but Rosa put me at ease, supported me throughout, and was there from beginning to end. Not only did she make things easy by arranging transport to and from the airport, but also she was a friend to me and the friend who was with me. She took us places to have the best experience in Antalya, made sure we had the best advice and made sure we had enough to eat and drink. She even helped take my Mother to A&E when she had a bad accident! Rosa has made me feel so confident and positive, and with her by my side. I know that I'll continue my weight loss journey, and succeed. Thank you so much for everything, Rosa. You are a great person. A truly beautiful person inside and outside too. Highly recommended!

I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Treated like a VIP from start to finish. I had my gastric sleeve in Feb 2023, and now in April 2024, I'm nearly 9 stone down. All thanks to Martin's clinic. They have been supportive from start to even now, in contact now keeping an eye on me. The hospital I stayed in was more like a hotel it was beautiful and clean. I brought a friend with me who was looked after like a VIP as well. I couldn't fault the clear information given to me, and the care given to me was 10/10.

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. Even afterwards the team have been there for any queries I have had. I’m currently 19 weeks post-op (mini bypass) and 37kg down so far 😁

The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

The service from start to finish was faultless. From the information provided via text, being picked up from in a luxury vehicle, to the hospital staff nothing was too much trouble. This was all down to Fatih Ozturk the coordinator. He was always available to answer any questions from start to finish. I had a Gastric Sleeve, the only pain I suffered was the trapped wind, was given pain relief which helped. The surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see me twice a day during my stay. I have been given medication to take home with me and contact numbers for advice/support if needed. It was Fatih Ozturk who made this journey happen for me would not hesitate to use him again.

Had my gastric sleeve on 6th September. Where do I start- amazing staff, lovely clean hospital, great surgeon. So many lovely staff I met, all kind caring staff. Nesrin was so lovely and kind and her dietician kept checking on me and Dr Mani everyday. I was so nervous and they all put my mind at rest, sorry can’t remember every name but definitely recommend them.
