I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .
Contacted Alexandra, I had broken a tooth, and she arranged a consultation, and carried out the dentistry work needed. Very good experience of traveling to Bulgaria for treatment. Dr Karadzhov was very accomodating and flexible, fitting treatment around my holiday. Communication was excellent throughout, including an online consultation to go through the procedures and discuss any concerns. Prices were as quoted and excellent value compared to the UK. Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if needed.
