The right choice is TETIK HEALTH! After months of research, I contacted the TETIK HEALTH team. After receiving immediate and patient answers to all my questions, I decided to buy my plane ticket. They made my reservation after I bought my plane ticket. When I arrived in Istanbul, they warmly welcomed me with a Mercedes vehicle and allowed me to stay at the hotel in the city center. My operation started 16th on March 2022. First, they picked me up from the hotel and took me to the clinic for the operation. I met the doctor and first we determined my hairline together as I wanted. The operating room was very clean. The doctor and team were very friendly and professional. My operation took about 8 hours. My preference was the DHI method, 4200 grafts were implanted. The next day, after resting, they picked me up again from the hotel and took me to the clinic, washed my head, and removed the bandages. They tell me how to wash my hair when I return to my country. They explained in detail how I should take my medicines.

Amazing service and post-op care. I had high hopes for Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic after knowing he has a 98% growth rate with 24 years of experience. I must say, the service I got went beyond my expectations. Not only had they taken care of the whole procedure, from picking me up from the airport and accommodating me in a luxury hotel to the actual HT procedure and post-op care. Outstanding. After much prevarication for some considerable time, I finally decided to go ahead with a hair procedure. That turned out to be the best decision that I have ever made. It is worth pointing out that never at any stage during my decision making was I subjected to any hard sell. All the facts were put to me, all the options were made available to me. After a few weeks, I am already much further ahead than I anticipated being with the recovery process and the regrowth of my hair.

They planned everything and organised the procedure in such a way that after a couple of days I was able to start going back to my normal life without too much pain and problems. We had a facelift, neck lift and eyes upper and lower. The hospital was clean and the staff were competent. The nursing staff had very basic English but we all got on fine with Google Translate. In addition, the clinic staff were always available and had excellent English. The Surgeon spoke excellent English so we were able to have a thorough discussion about the surgery, any concerns and aftercare. The Surgeon was kind and caring and came to see me twice a day after the operation. Transport between the airport, hotel and hospital was very good despite the initial meet and greet when there was confusion as to where they would meet us off the plane. To clarify this. My biggest complaint relates to the transport it was always late and when you have to get back to the airport and have your stitches/wounds cleaned etc and you are still waiting at your hotel then it is a big problem. Times were agreed upon for pick up but they were always late and I needed to chase the clinical team many times about this. The chosen hotel Elite Grand was very comfortable. Although not a huge amount around the hotel. The surgery progressed well and early indications show promising results although, of course, I cannot give a final comment on the effects at this stage. I felt safe throughout the procedure and would highly recommend this clinic. Please be reassured that you are in safe hands My partner could stay at the hospital with me 24/7 which was reassuring and the hospital provided meals for both of us. Around the hospital, there are little supermarkets and a little shopping centre with nice restaurants and a Burger King. So the five stars are for the surgery but I would give one star for the logistics/transport etc
