Absolutely fantastic doctor and team. I flew to Turkey in May 2022 for rhinoplasty. I was going by myself and extremely anxious however Dr. Durukan and his team couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I was met at the Airport by Teoman who is the nicest man, he drove me to my hotel and checked me in. The following morning he collected me to go to the hospital. I met with Dr Durukan and my translator, Nehir who was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. After the surgery Nehir stayed with me until late that night and then was back first thing in the morning. All the nurses in the hospital were very attentive and did regular checks on me throughout the night. The day after surgery Nehir came back to the hotel with me and explained all medication I needed to take over the next few days. I went back to Dr Durukan and he removed the tampons from my nose and stitches. Then on the last day he removed the cast and renewed the bandages. I got a shock seeing my nose for the first time as it was extremely swollen and looked bigger than my original nose. I was told it takes a full year for the nose to heal and the swelling will decrease each week. I am only less than 8 weeks since my surgery and the swelling has almost completely gone. I can notice the difference looking back on photos since then just how much it has gone down in size and start to see just how perfect it is. It was the best decision of my life getting rhinoplasty with Dr. Durukan, I feel so much more confident in myself now and it’s so freeing to not have a huge insecurity shadowing over me anymore. They provided me with an excellent service from start to end for an extremely reasonable cost. I had hair transplanted from the back of my head to the top of the head, one side of the head and the crown. The surgery team was very professional and made you feel extremely comfortable. But the person who made all the difference was Asli who spoke excellent English and remained in close contact at every stage starting from well before the operation then throughtout my stay in Antalya and followed up with daily phone calls afterwards. All in all, I got a brilliant service, for an extremely reasonable cost and above all with a very personal touch! Couldn't ask for more!

As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

Quite frankly I had a wonderful experience. Had an amazing first class experience from start to finish. Starting with the pickup from the airport, everyone who assisted me was friendly and the communication was very thorough which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. The results from the operation speaks for themselves. My hair coverage and density is beyond what I ever expected. After being bald for 20 years, coming back to my life, everyone can’t believe the results. And every chance I get, I’m sharing my experience. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I have chosen to have my 2 surgeries with Ephesus Marine and have no regrets! I had a mummy makeover in 2022 and then had breast implants in 2024. I documented my experience on Instagram ‘lsplastix’. For my first surgery, I went on my own and was well looked after by Tolga who had me a smoothie waiting after surgery he even helped me to drink it and made sure I was eating protein-rich foods to aid my recovery. I was also taken great shopping and I got some good bargains! Second surgery I had Luna and Gunes taking care of me and they were also fantastic and very genuine caring people. Everything I needed was given to me and all I had to do was book and get on my flight! The surgeon I had was Dr Mustafa and I could tell he cared about me and recommended what was best for me.
