I’ve been to Novusklinik for three visits now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used to think going to the dentist would be an unpleasant experience, but I’ve had a very enjoyable experience so far. My teeth look SO MUCH better than they did beforehand. Thank you, guys!

I have never had any dental procedure before visiting this place. Had a surprisingly amazing experience here! The staff was extremely welcoming and the dentist did a great job of explaining exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I would recommend this place 10/10.

I'm glad to share my positive experience with this dentist. The doctor is well experienced and fixed my teeth professionally. I came from UK and have done appointments and another procedures through Onur who provided exceptional care and explained everything about the treatment.I would be happy to suggest this dentist to others who are looking for professional dental care.

I was, a very nervous patient and had some real problems with bad discoloured teeth, and I was losing teeth on a regular basis. I am nearly 61 and didnt smile for 2 years... I also had issues with a deeply embedded tooth in the jaw. I can honestly, say that these guys, are professional, empathetic and take real good care with the anaesthetic. I was in the chair over several days and the work was painless and thorough. My teeth are now no longer a cause for anxiety. Aesthetically, they have been turned right around.. the colour was extensively discussed, and I felt in good, caring hands. I have had veneers and bridges and the cost is modest. I want another member of my family to go there. I recommend this practice wholly.

I chose this clinic because they understood my needs and offered a treatment plan within my budget. Staff are excellent as was the treatment I had; highest praise for them. The office and treatment rooms are immaculately clean and bright, the equipment modern. In all, I am very pleased and recommend West Dent for the care and kindness I received.

I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

I had 2 implants 2 root canals 2 teeth extracted and 19 crown veneers a lot of work but hardly any pain. There is no comparison compared to the cost in the UK really I simply couldn't afford to get that amount of work done at home - so excellent value

P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

I had a breast lift and argumentation and my mom had an arm lift. From the beginning, we were in good hands and the team cared for us. If you decide for Gorkem Atsals Clinic you will be more than happy and feel safe and comfortable. Our experience was excellent and we would come anytime again! You don’t have to worry about anything. I have visited Dr Volkan twice now both times for dental implants and I must say that he is very professional and very thorough in his work he listens to his patients and their wishes and works with them. I had minimal pain both times after the procedures and minimal swelling I recovered and healed very quickly Dr Volkan explained everything very carefully about the aftercare and how to clean the implants et. I have recommended him to all my friends and family and if in the near future I need any other dental work done then I will be visiting him again 😊

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

I had a nose job in Antalya a few months ago. At first, I was unsure about having something like this done abroad. However, I heard about Medhera Health through a good friend. From the first phone call to the operation, everything went smoothly. Medhera was always there when I needed something, took care of everything and was a huge help to me on-site. I found Dr Kubra after a few months of searching on internet. I chose her because she had a Ph.D. And I was right. Would 100% recommend VK smile. From start to finish they was absolutely amazing. Picked us up from the airport, sorted our hotel and picked us up the next morning to go to the clinic. Very welcoming on arrival and always made sure you had plenty to drink. Everyone is so helpful. My treatment was 24 zirconium crowns, and I finally have my dream smile, with a massive thanks to these guys. If you have been trying to find a dentist for your dental needs, this place is a must! I’ve not stopped smiling since having my crowns fitted. They have messaged to see if we got home safe and been in touch asking how we are. Absolutely amazing business. 10 out of 10👏🏼
