The staff have been there for me every step of the way from booking my transplant, during the operation, aftercare and always at the end of the phone when I arrived back into the UK if I needed them or wanted questions answered. I had my transplant done December 2022 They were so professional and I felt safe in their hands. 1 year on I’m really happy with my results and it is still improving month on month. I have had my hair transplant surgery for about a month now and the hairline is holding pretty well. I came from Los Angeles straight to Dr. Cinik without doing the proper research as I have seen the successful results on 3 of my friends. The hospital staff were helpful and guided me through the process from day 1. I never had a problem not speaking the Turkish language since the majority speak basic English. The all-in-one package cost might be pricier than other clinics but I for sure felt the difference during the last two hours spent working on detailing my hairline to make it look natural. The post-operation service is on point and you never miss a date following up with me. To add to the post-operation recovery, I was able to go back to my normal daily life performing the next day after surgery which I travelled back on 16-hour flight. Compared to my brother’s hair transplant clinic, my brother had to spend a week in bed recovering from the anaesthesia product they used there but that didn’t happen at Dr. Cinik. It's a good sign that hair follicles held up in place for a month which sounds like solid grafts. I can’t wait for the final results. Recommended!!!

I am a young mother with androgenic Alopecia from the UK. I received 2700 grafts sapphire FUE. To begin with I wanted an all female team, for religious reasons and to be comfortable. The staff especially tugce catered for this with great sensitivity and care. They agreed never to share my pictures on social media or to others, to provide an all female team, very good hotel ( room for me and my family), buffet, lunch and transportation service all in very affordable package. Very fast communication from tugce, reassurance and the good offer led me to book my ticket and fly out to Turkey within a week! I was looking for this offer for a very long time. However with other clinics I did not feel comfortable to go ahead or they were very slow in getting back. As I landed into Turkey, Everything exceeded my expectations, from the 10 seater mercedes transport service. To the extra staff hired just for me so it was all female, at no extra cost to me. The privacy that was given to me, I can never express properly how I am so grateful. The operation was smooth, quick and very professional. Aftercare was also very good. My hair was washed for 2 days in a row, I received a care treatment plan, injection, medicine and gifts all-inclusive at no extra cost. After this I decide to get extra injection for my Alopecia, I received a very good offer, no other clinic are offering. I highly reccomend this clinic. If you are especially someone who covers your hair, wear hijab. If you want privacy, if you want professional care with very friendly caring staff. Go for tetik with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed. Now I have 4 other relatives and freinds also want to go for tetik soon.

I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I’ve wanted a nose job since I was 16 so in 2022 when I was 27, I discovered Vanity on Instagram. I was amazed at their before and afters. I reached out to them and was paired with a lovely patient consultant by the name of Emil, who helped me every step of the way - she provided all the details I needed before travelling from Perth Australia all the way to Istanbul. We were greeted by a driver on arrival and taken to the hospital for blood tests and a covid test and then dropped at our hotel. The next day was surgery day and we were picked up again and taken to the clinic. Had my gastric sleeve surgery done by Medhera's doctor on 19/10/23, he came to see me before and after surgery. Very professional and polite doctor I have ever seen. He personally did the dressing of my incisions next day of my surgery, explained whatever he could and made efforts to speak in English. I had an online consultation a couple of months ago and was told I needed a 2200 graft. Today the team physically examined my hair and said that I didn't need surgery at this stage as finastride may be able to get the results I need without surgery. I was a bit surprised by this as my surgery slot was already arranged for this week but it is really good news and really shows that you are doing the best things for your patients-even when financially it is to your detriment. I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Durukan. I had an amazing experience, to say the least! I travelled from Ireland to Izmir and from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I could not have felt more at home. My driver Teoman collected me from the airport when I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, he talked me through what was going to happen in the next couple of days and was full of chat. When we arrived at the hotel he checked in for me and made sure everything was all okay, he is such a gentleman. Also, the hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was nice and clean and modern. Teoman told me to text him if I had any problems at all, he texted me most days to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He collected me the morning after I arrived in Izmir to bring me to the hospital where he introduced me to my translator Nehir. She was phenomenal throughout the whole experience I don't know what I would have done without her she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and answered any questions I had throughout. There was one night after my surgery when I was in my hotel and I had a question for my surgeon about something and within 5 minutes of texting Nehir she had me on a video call with my surgeon and herself to answer my questions and put me at ease. I was so happy to know that there were people there to support me and answer any of my questions whenever and wherever. Last but not least my surgeon Dr.Durukan was absolutely amazing. I met him at first in my consultation and I knew then that I was ready to put all of my trust in him. We were on the same page about everything that I wanted to be done and he clearly explained to me everything that he was going to do before I went into surgery. After the surgery Dr, Durukan was so supportive he really does go above and beyond with all of his patients, I know from my experience that they are definitely his number one priority. I am so grateful for Dr.Durukan and his team I cannot recommend them enough! I know surgery can be very overwhelming and daunting and choosing the right surgeon is a very difficult decision but you can rest assured that with Dr.Durukan and his team you are in great hands and have 24/4 support. Thank you Dr.Durukan and your team my experience was definitely 10/10. I am over the moon with my result so far it is everything I wanted and more.

I had severe hair loss and as a woman, it made me feel insecure and with low self-esteem. Several doctors explained there was no way to have hair transplantation because there is not enough donor's hair. But the specialists in the clinic did the impossible. They've managed to add 3000 grafts to the top of my head to make it look thicker. They provided additional treatment for women's hair loss and made an additional plasma cell procedure for free for me. They spent 12 hours operating me and I think they reached the best possible result. After the transplantation, we are in constant contact and I receive additional support whenever I need advice or additional information. I have no words to thank the team for all their efforts and good attitude.

Today is day 13 after my FUE hair transplant and the experience with the Surgery group has been exemplary. Results: From day 9 it was near impossible to notice I have had anything done and I was going about my day to day activities. Dr Ahmed and his technicians did a very neat job both around the donor area and the transplanted area. So far the results look incredible and I can’t believe how quick I’ve healed and really how simple it’s been. Service: I have been searching for a clinic and surgeon for 3 years, after a lot of research, I decided to go with the Surgery Group. I loved how Jake and Matthew weren’t pushy and had 99% of answers within an hour of me asking. The experience on the day was as pleasant as can be, the facilities were good and Dr Ahmed really looked after me, he was caring, attentive and genuinely wanted to do the best job he could. The technicians were lovely too, they kept me comfortable and kept asking me how I was feeling. The only thing I would point out is- I was quoted and invoiced for 1,500 grafts but on the day I only needed 1,250 grafts, there is no price difference for having 250 less grafts Aftercare: I left the clinic with everything I needed, medication, saline solutions and a list of what I can and can’t do. Jake checked in with me every morning and kept in touch until I had recovered. Frankly speaking, there isn’t much more I could have asked for, it was a near-perfect experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the surgery group and I would certainly use them again in the future.
