I was booked in with Andrea to have my balloon inserted. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make my appointment as my husband had to have emergency surgery and couldn’t fly from NZ to Malaysia. This aside I have found Andrea and her team absolutely wonderful to deal with. I felt completely supported as I prepared for my journey. Andrea is incredibly accommodating and so helpful and I would recommend her to deal with if you're considering any type of procedure.

I was introduced to therapy by a friend, as I was not coping very well. Over the 8 therapy sessions, the counsellor was very patient and provided the help that I felt was structured towards my needs. Not only was I able to get over the heartbreak, but I have also understood myself better, had more mature thinking, built a healthier routine and able to take control of my life better. Now, 3 months after my therapy ended, I am proud of who I am at this current state. My work performance accelerated and I feel motivated to try new courses which were on my wishlist for a very long time. I'm truly thankful for the help given when it was most needed.
