I visited Novusklinik due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long. The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Dr Sabri talked me through each and every step as I was been treated, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions that I put his way. The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain-free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Novusklinik in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

After looking for a clinic to get my implants and teeth done in Istanbul we found Prime Clinic in Kartal. I talked to Ali, and booked my flight arrived here was picked up at the airport to a 5-star hotel had the treatment done and am very happy. Dr. Sabit was very good with implants and no pain. Engin the dentist was excellent and all the staff were very friendly Thank you, Ali I would recommend this clinic.

Great clinic, and great staff, Onur was very professional, and he was able to coordinate, and fit us in short notice in clinic's busy schedule. I was treated by Dr.Eca OF, she was one of the best Doctor that I ever met in dental treatment, she preformed procedure in a very relaxing, and pleasant atmosphere. I walked in on Monday 5 September and I did all of my 24 teeth and I fly back to London on Friday 9 September. Doctors and welcoming- 10/10. Painless treatment. Elegant and professional. I have just had some crowns & implants fitted by Dr Cem! I travelled from London for treatment! It was all very easy to organise the work was done with no issues & I have great results! the cost was half of what it would have been in the UK! I will be going back to have all my teeth done next year! I was given his name by a friend who had used him & now I fully recommend him!

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

Overall, it went well. My teeth are still healing, but I would imagine that it might take some time before I'm back to 100%. The procedure was quick and painless. The representative was very attentive and took care of scheduling and transportation in a very professional way. Overall, your staff were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Here are a few suggestions you should consider to improve if you want to be a 5 star provider: 1. Please ask for any preexisting conditions that may make the operation risky before getting the patients to come for the operation. Asking these questions when the patient has traveled thousands of miles is very late. 2. Give the patients typed instructions about post op medication and care. Giving oral instructions is not good. 3. Please give detailed invoices with what procedure was done and on which teeth because some patients need to claim them for insurance. Simply writing "implant" is not enough. 4. For dental implants, follow up with dental post op emails, not hair transplant emails. 5. Please select nicer hotels. The hotel I was put in was at best a 2 star hotel, not a 5 star. The rooms reeked of cigarette smell. I would have gladly paid extra to be in a better hotel if that option was available. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive suggestions and not criticism.

I had 2 implants done, an extraction and a bone graft/sinus lift on my upper jaw at the back of my mouth. They first gave me an x-ray and then a consultation on the work that needed to be done. I was very surprised at how quickly and efficiently they were in completing the treatments I needed. Definitely value for money. I was very impressed with the place, very clean as expected and they were using all the up-to-date equipment on their customers. The whole procedure was done like clockwork from entering the building initially then to fill in certain paperwork, xrays, pictures taken, consultation, treatment and then given medication and be on your way. No sitting down waiting on certain things, you was literally in one thing and then moved onto the next stage (well impressed with their system) I was then back in a few days later for a precautionary check-up. Can't wait to be back in around 5 months' time for my new crowns. Accommodation by them was a nice hotel too. From Vahap the translator/customer coordinator explained the process step by step, to the doctors who were very professional in their work and anil the driver who transferred you to n from the airport, hotel and clinic I can't thank you all enough. I know I'd make the right choice going with the pearl clinic. See you in the summer.

I had a breast lift and argumentation and my mom had an arm lift. From the beginning, we were in good hands and the team cared for us. If you decide for Gorkem Atsals Clinic you will be more than happy and feel safe and comfortable. Our experience was excellent and we would come anytime again! You don’t have to worry about anything. Well, what can I say? My treatment was nothing but exceptional. The attention to detail and pure craftsmanship were for me astounding. My teeth look authentic and suit my face very well. He is kind caring and gentle to those who have a little anxiety with dental treatment. When I thought it was good enough, he persisted in giving my new teeth a little more attention. I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

Contacted the clinic for an appointment and they were very friendly and booked me in straight away. I wanted laser whitening but was told I needed a clean and polish before hand. This was done very well and my teeth have never felt so smooth and clean. I’m going back today for laser whitening and can’t wait. Will always come back.

Full stop: Dr Burak from Medhera Health Clinic is the dentist you need to go to! Due to an accident as a child, I have always struggled with my smile. I damaged one of my front teeth and required a crown from the age of 7 or 8. Last year while travelling, my crown (performed by another dentist) fell out, and I was left with a missing front tooth. I began to investigate treatment plans, thinking I'd get a dental implant. Let's just say, the quotes and treatment plans I received from other dentists were ridiculous, full of unnecessary cosmetic procedures, such as full front 8 veneers, when I only had one bad tooth! At that point, I was considering going to Europe to have my treatment done, then I took a chance on Dr Burak. From the moment I first met him, I knew I was in great hands. He never recommended any unnecessary treatments or cosmetic procedures, it was clear he wanted to provide me with the most cost-effective and efficient treatment plan to get the best possible result. It was also clear, that giving people perfect smiles is NOT about the money for him. He is truly passionate about his work and above everything else 100% TRUSTWORTHY. Dr. Burak recommended that I get Clear Correct to correct my bite before installing a dental implant. He never once brought up the idea of getting veneers to make it easier to colour-match my crown, after speaking to his staff it was clear that he would not perform veneers unless there was no better option. If you've ever researched this procedure you know that veneers and crowns ultimately need to be replaced every 10 years or so. Some dentists love to recommend them because it's guaranteed you'll be coming back to the office to drop about 10-20k on your smile in 10 years. Dr. Burak is NOT that dentist. When starting the Clear Correct treatment, I had two options, either wait with no front tooth to get my dental implant (that would mean painting a front tooth onto each Clear Correct tray) or get a crown. With no dental insurance, I wasn't sure what to do and considered getting the crown done elsewhere. Worried about my results, Dr. Burak performed the crown procedure for me at cost. Despite this generous gift, the procedure was performed with the same exactitude and artistry Dr. Burak extends to all of his patients. I was sent to a lab for custom colour matching and received the best crown I have ever seen. It perfectly matches my other teeth. Now my Clear Correct treatment is completed, my crown is still going strong (no need presently to pursue the dental implant) and my teeth look amazing.
