I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I wish you prosperity and gorgeous happy patients!!!!

I came in with a chipped tooth on Tuesday and it was fixed by lunchtime Friday, with friendly helpful staff what more could you ask for. My tooth looks great and I highly recommend.

We went to Avenue Dental Leamington Spa to enquire about 2 dental implants. We are having this treatment done this Wednesday. They were charming, and efficient, explained the procedure, and gave a costing which I thought was an excellent inclusive price in comparison with others. I felt very confident and happy. I would highly recommend them.

Paul is a really friendly and professional dentist who I would highly recommend. He even refunded half my initial fee because I wasn’t able to bite the x ray wire(nervous reflex).

I would just like to say thank you for the way my appointment went last Friday (09/06/2023). I had been experiencing a nagging ache from a broken / fractured wisdom tooth for 3 to 4 weeks. My dentist referred me to the team at Leagrave as he had experienced trouble extracting it. I had a session of intravenous sedation and the tooth was out in around 30 minutes. Today less than 24 hours after the appointment is the first day I have not had to take tablets for pain. Thank you to all at Leagrave for the service you gave.

I have attended this dental clinic a few times. Every time I am extremely happy with the clinic. Everyone is very professional but friendly. I always feel very well looked after. My dental phobia has now truly disappeared.

Everyone is really friendly & puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. They talk through everything & explain x-rays & treatment plans, & ensure you are happy with it. Not pushy at all & listen to you & what the issue is.

I am a very anxious patient and can absolutely recommend Dr Mike Powell and his wonderful welcoming team. I had to have treatment today and was really afraid. I need not have been. What I thought would be an unpleasant treatment was, in fact, not as bad as I thought it would be. Mike and his Nurse were so calm, kind and reassuring and I can't praise them enough. The environment is warm, calm and welcoming and above also very Covid safe. Fears just melt away, any doubts dissolve and patients are reassured by the extremely kind and friendly receptionists waiting to greet you.

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.
