Open Rhinoplasty is a Rhinoplasty approach that gives surgeons greater access to the nose by cutting the skin dividing the nostrils and lifting the upper portion back, exposing bone and cartilage.  Some surgeons find this method easier because it allows them to see what theyre working on.
