I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. Thanks again Patrick hope to see you and your wonderful team can see why they love working with you! I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. I have to supply a price paid I will emphasise I paid just my expenses getting to the clinic

Laser Hair Removal €150 - €2500
PPx therapy is the first FDA approved painless treatment for skin rejuvenation, permanent hair reduction and acne treatment. It also requires no pre-treatment anaesthetics or gels. The treatment device uses a combination of broadband IPL light and pneumatic energy (vacuum) delivered through a hand-piece. The treatment is unique in that a vacuum momentarily draws the skin into the treatment hand-piece, so targets such as hair follicles are drawn closer to the skins surface. A light is gently pulsed onto the skin, destroying the unwanted hair, quickly and painlessly. There are several key differences between PPx and other laser treatments. Usually a series of treatments are carried out for optimal long term benefits, the number of treatments required depends on the skin type and the hair growth. A patch test will be needed prior to the commencement of treatment. Prices start at €90 and vary depending on the area being treated. Laser Hair Removal has been around since the mid 1990’s and has been proven to be an effective permanent reduction of hair growth on treated areas. How does Laser work? Laser light works by Selective Photothermolysis, which means that it targets dark objects. Light is absorbed by dark objects so with laser energy the dark object that it targets when treating hair is the melanin in the hair. Melanin is considered the primary chromophore (target) for all hair removal lasers currently on the market. Melanin occurs naturally in the skin (it gives skin and hair its color). There are two types of melanin in hair: eumelanin (which gives hair brown or black color) and pheomelanin (which gives hair blonde or red color).
