What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.

I’m surprised about all the negative reviews as we have had the best experience ever.. Dr Selim and Sandra have been amazing with us. We did our treatment in the UK and the rest at the clinic. It’s been a relaxing and calm experience.. the team at Jinepol have been extremely supportive and helpful.. we have been blessed with a baby after many years.. all thanks to the team and by the grace of god alhamdulillah. Sandra was amazing she stayed in contact the whole time we were going through our treatment and helped us with all our needs. Dr Selim was honest about all our options, he gave us all the information and help we needed which made things easier for us. It’s such an emotional experience but Dr. Selim and his were fantastic with us.. thank you for everything.
