While not wishing to disclose the reason for my visiting Siobhan. I would like to say she is very professional, inquisitive and where required direct in dealing with the issues that both myself and my partner were experiencing, I was recommended to me by a friend and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any of my friends who find themselves in need of professional guidance and counselling.

I have been seeing Audrey for the past 7 years. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.
