I offer indoor and outdoor sessions (Ecotherapy, Walk & Talk Therapy) depending what client prefers.I practice as a Integrative Counselor/Psychotherapist. I believe in the healing power of nature and integrate it into my practice.  I offer therapy for a wide range of issues including: stress, anxiety, bereavement and loss, self esteem issues, bullying, life changes, sexuality. I also provide Specific Fertility Counselling for those struggling to conceive.
